Dr. Arshad Mahmood Nashad was born on January 1, 1970, in the remote and backward village of Domial in Attock District to Asghar Ali. Due to the mercury pie, several institutions changed until the completion of secondary education. Finally passed the matriculation examination from FG Boys High School, Attock. After doing BA from Government College, Attock, he continued to work in various institutions and also continued his education. Passed MA Urdu and Punjabi examinations as a private candidate from Punjab University. He later joined Pakistan International Public School and College, an educational institution in Gujranwala, as a teacher. Today, he is a professor of Urdu at the Open University, Islamabad. In Urdu he did his Ph.D from Punjab University under the title "Technical and Physical Journey of Urdu Ghazal". Arshad Mahmood Nashad became a regular poet in 1985. Asghar Barelvi and Nazar Sabri are teachers in poetry. In 1990, he founded Punjabi Adabi Sangat Attock. He is also a member of Pakistan Writers Guild and Pakistan Punjabi Adabi Board Lahore. Punjabi books include Attock District Punjabi Poet (Research Criticism-Punjabi Literary Society Attock-1995) and Ashlok (Translation of selected poems of Baba Farid Ganj Shukar. Lahore-1999). 2009) and Chhachhi Boli (Punjabi Adabi Sangat Attock, 2004) are notable.
