can lean into that emotion and get

greater than a four Zero's neutral 10's

the worst you can imagine and if it is

it's likely yours and it's old and so we

want to lean into those emotions we want

to let ourselves feel them fully often

times for the first time so that we can

have some closure and resolution on our

emotional experiences of the past if we

don't do this we're not being

responsible with our emotional reactions
