hi my name is Tangie I'm the owner of
0:03
wise Health the last 24 years and I just
0:05
wanted to come and share with you about
0:07
the company called body health and they
0:10
have something called perfect aminos and
0:14
I really enjoy this product in the last
0:17
I've been carrying it more in the last
0:19
couple years because in 2023 I had a
0:22
surgery and after that surgery I
0:24
realized that I needed more perfect
0:27
amals I need more amals in my diet and I
0:30
had um when I had that surgery I said
0:33
some downtime so I got to read this book
0:35
which they have it's called the search
0:36
for the perfect protein and when you
0:39
read through that book it is astounding
0:41
David M Dr David minkov did a great job
0:44
of explaining our need for these perfect
0:48
proteins so the perfect protein is when
0:51
you have the eight essential amino acids
0:55
you can absorb the non-essential so if
0:58
you don't have these blocks in place you
1:01
don't absorb the non-essential as well
1:03
so that's what I really um think of
1:06
these as not a supplement but think of
1:08
them as a food and that's what I really
1:11
really love about them and I noticed the
1:13
difference on my strength was better
1:16
your skin it helps with hormones it
1:19
helps your hair skin nails I mean
1:23
proteins are like the building blocks of
1:25
all life and I just enjoy these products
1:28
so much you can these are tablets and so
1:32
you can take really 10 to 30 in a day
1:36
and then this is powdered so one of
1:38
these scoops of powder is equal to five
1:40
of these tablets and so you can do it in
1:43
the powder form and they have different
1:44
flavors they have mocha mixed berry
1:46
lemon lime um strawberry a few different
1:50
kinds you can mix it up and do a mix of
1:52
both of them um they also have uh a
1:56
green powder which is perfect meal they
1:58
have just a little bit of perfect meal
2:00
but it's nice to get some of those
2:01
greens in and then they also have the
2:03
red powder red and green they have some
2:06
omega um three oils they have um a few
2:11
other probiotics and other things on
2:13
these but these I use the most so I just
2:15
want to encourage you guys to try these
2:17
out and really get those perfect
2:19
proteins out and you'll notice such a
2:21
difference in all areas of your health
2:24
because it's the building box it affects
2:26
your thinking your cognitive thinking
2:29
just everything it's amazing and get the
2:31
book read the book it was a game Cher I
2:34
realized this was the most important
2:36
part I was missing my whole practice
2:38
it's like everybody should be on perfect
2:41
aminos really because it's building
2:44
block of life and so I really really
2:47
enjoy them I love this product so if you
