what's up ladies and gentlemen this is
0:01
David Benjamin from WellStar reviews and
0:03
healthy Wild free today I'm reviewing
0:05
the essential C complex this is Paleo
0:09
Valley's vitamin C supplement now I want
0:13
to share a few facts with you about
0:14
vitamin C before I share with you the
0:16
ingredients in this formula and what I
0:18
like about it and the notices the
0:19
changes that I've noticed in my health
0:21
and wellness by utilizing this product
0:23
so vitamin C is the most researched
0:27
antioxidant or vitamin in the entire
0:30
world there's literally tens of
0:32
thousands of studies on vitamin C so if
0:34
you were going to say I want to take one
0:36
vitamin or One Singular nutrient to
0:38
improve my health vitamin C is truly
0:41
your best bet simply because there's
0:43
more research on vitamin C proving its
0:45
efficacy and improving health of human
0:47
beings more than any other vitamin so
0:49
with that being said there are several
0:52
different benefits there are many
0:53
benefits from vitamin C but I'll cover a
0:54
few of the main ones in this video and
0:56
then share with you the ingredients in
0:58
this formula and break it down so you
0:59
can understand why it is so effective
1:03
first and foremost vitamin C of course
1:04
we all know is beneficial for our immune
1:06
systems our immune systems are located
1:08
70% in our gut so not only is Vitamin C
1:12
beneficial for the immune system which
1:14
is in our gut but also for gut healing
1:16
and gut repair so if you have any gut
1:18
issues such as leaky gut or just gut
1:21
dispos and you need gut support and more
1:24
Integrity within your gut vitamin C is
1:27
one of the best vitamins that you can
1:28
possibly take and you want you want to
1:30
make sure that your vitamin C is from a
1:31
whole food source which I'll get to when
1:33
I discuss the ingredients inside the
1:35
essential Sea complex formula from paleo
1:37
Valley so number one we have immunity
1:40
and gut healing and gut repair
1:42
additionally we have collagen production
1:44
collagen is what makes up our hair our
1:47
skin our nails even our gut lining
1:51
collagen is important because it's a
1:53
it's basically a blend of different
1:56
amino acids that come together to form
1:58
collagen and this is what makes you stay
2:01
young and Youthful and reduces fine
2:03
lines and wrinkles and things like that
2:04
so vitamin C is essential for that as
2:06
well the third big benefit or fourth
2:09
benefit I think now is mitochondrial
2:12
energy your mitochondria is the
2:14
PowerHouse of your cell it produces ATP
2:17
this is the energy currency of the cell
2:19
and when you have enough vitamin C this
2:22
supports your mitochondrial Health which
2:25
then can produce more ATP which gives
2:27
your body more readily available able
2:30
sourced energy so your natural energy
2:33
levels are higher and this is a good
2:36
thing because we want to be full of
2:37
energy life and vitality don't we
2:39
obviously the last benefit and there are
2:41
many more but I'll just share a few of
2:43
them in this video with you is Vitamin C
2:45
improves your iron absorption many
2:47
people who are anemic for example have
2:49
low iron or they're they don't have the
2:52
ability to absorb iron properly so if
2:54
you are anemic or you're low in iron
2:56
maybe you just need to enhance your iron
2:58
absorption by getting more of vitamin C
3:00
in your diet because vitamin C acts as a
3:02
co-factor nutrient to enhance and
3:04
optimize your iron absorption so with
3:06
that being said vitamin C is very cenal
3:09
for your health and wellness I have
3:10
noticed by taking this formula which by
3:12
the way includes acerola cherry unripe
3:14
fruit which is highest in vitamin C amla
3:17
berry fruit which is another source of
3:19
vitamin C and then kuk Kimu berry fruit
3:21
by the way kuk Kimu fruit or Kuku Berry
3:24
which is also in the radiate 21 formula
3:27
is it used to be the highest source of
3:29
vitamin C in the now it's number two
3:30
because there's a fruit in Australia
3:32
that was found to have a higher source
3:33
of vitamin C but between the three of
3:35
these you have plenty of vitamin C
3:37
you're getting 500% of your daily
3:39
vitamin C with two capsules so one
3:42
capsule is 250% of your daily value I
3:44
typically do one capsule a day some days
3:46
I do two and actually what I do I'll
3:48
actually show you I don't take it like a
3:50
regular pill what I do is I take it out
3:53
like this and I just did this one day
3:55
intuitively because I was like I like
3:57
the cam camo chair and amla ingredients
4:01
and I know that K Kimu has this really
4:03
interesting flavor I know all these have
4:04
an interesting flavor so what I
4:18
and I pop it open woo
4:24
wow that is good it's bitter but in a
4:29
good way way like it sort of wakes your
4:31
brain up and I love that so I don't take
4:37
pill in fact it's like candy to me it
4:40
literally tastes amazing so when you get
4:43
supplement if you are a fan of like sour
4:46
and bitter pop up pop open the capsules
4:49
and take it like that because you'll be
4:51
astonished additionally another thing
4:52
that I do is I take these I pop open the
4:55
capsules I mix it in paleo Val's lemon
4:58
lime ELC elte essential essential
5:01
electrolytes mix so the essential
5:03
electrolytes with the essential vitamin
5:05
C I put that into water and I stir that
5:09
up and mix it and it is a sweet salty
5:15
citrusy delicious blend that has vitamin
5:17
C and electrolytes so it's absolutely
5:19
delicious and then you can just throw
5:21
the capsule away because you don't need
5:22
it I will say one thing I've noticed
5:24
ever since I started taking this
5:26
supplement is my skin and my hair are
5:29
softer I've noticed my skin and my hair
5:32
the softness of them has increased by
5:34
like 20 30% I kid you not uh I have just
5:37
like on my face and in my hair ever
5:39
since I started taking this supplement I
5:41
just noticed my skin and my hair are
5:42
softer which I absolutely love and I
5:44
just feel slightly more mentally aware
5:49
alert especially when I taste it like
5:51
that because by the way you have
5:52
different enzymes and acids in your
5:54
mouth and if you're just taking a pill
5:56
it benefits your body of course but if
5:58
you actually taste Taste of the powder
6:00
like I just did like that you're going
6:02
to get even more of a benefit because
6:04
it's going to get into your bloodstream
6:05
under your tongue and then the acids and
6:08
enzymes in your mouth will en coat that
6:09
powder and you'll actually absorb it at
6:11
a higher level so and it tastes great
6:13
it's got like a candy flavor it's
6:15
literally like a candy supplement so
6:17
it's like hiding inside of the capsule
6:18
so you got to try it out anyways I
6:20
highly recommend this it's fairly cheap
6:23
it's good to have vitamin C on hand your
6:25
kids will love it in fact I think most
6:27
kids would like that Potter flavor if
6:28
you mix it in like the essential
6:30
electrolyte formula and make a sort of
6:32
electrolyte like Gatorade sort of mix
6:35
that's natural instead uh your whole
6:37
family will love the combination of both
6:38
these so I love paleo Valley all their
6:40
products are amazing you can't go wrong
6:41
with this honestly this is the best
6:43
vitamin C supplement that I have found
6:45
and like I said vitamin C is the most
6:46
researched antioxidant most researched
6:48
vitamin of all time so check that out in
