How To Automatically Fulfill Orders With DSers and AliExpress (2024) Shopify Dropshipping

Hey everybody, I'm going to be showing you how you can automatically add fulfillment orders into your Shopify using the desert and the Alixpress

So D-Sers is a actual drop shipping supplier from Alibrepress and I'm going to be showing you how we can automate, how we can process some order fulfillment

And we don't have to do absolutely anything. So let's fulfill some orders automatically

So with that being said, what I want to do, guys, is to have my Shopify account already being created

So I'm going to leave you guys to link down below if you don't have your Shopify yet created

So with that being said, I'm going to go into the home section. And here into the home section, I'm going to hit into an online store

And as you can see here is my store already been created. I haven't add any product from AliExpress yet

because I want you guys to see how does this drop shipping and the automatic automation of the fulfillment order works

So what I want to do, of course, is to actually go into

you the applications. And here into the applications, I want to look for teasers. So whether you can

type here DZers or hit into recommended apps, and depending on the country they're currently living

this might be appearing in here in the upper side, for example, we have Dysers. And if you don't see

it in here, you can go into the Shopify App Store, and in here, you want to look for Dysers

Once you look out and you find Dysers, it's going to be sending you into the App Store of Shopify

So I just need to add the application and I want to grant the access of this app into my store so I can start right away

It's really important, guys, that you have your AliExpress account already been created

So head into AliExpress.com, create your account and leave it like that

So you can go back into your store. And after you make the installation, it's going to be asking you to sign into AliExpress

So this is something we just kept because it's going to be just really easy

to sign in. So as you can see, these users has now been added correctly. And here we go

Step number two, please select a plan to continue. You don't have to worry about this because we do

have a free basic plan Just have to just remember that there no tracking logistic status There only has 30 accounts three store limits one account and blah blah blah blah Getting to get started

Really, really easy. So now what you want to do is to choose link to Ali Express

And remember that we have our Ali Express already been created and added here into a new tab

So that's the reason why we need to grant the authorization for access right away

I'm hitting to authorize. And boom, just like that, we are now inside DZIS

So it's really easy to actually just to connect between both of this stores

Really, really easy. So what I want to do is to click into the X mark and focus only into the DZUS

So I'm going to hit into I will explode freely and learn later

So there we go. So what I want to do is to locate an item that I want to sell into my store

Let's say, for example, that I want to sell these items. I want to scroll a little bit down

I want to look for something more. Let's see, for example, this one or even this one

So that totally depends on the store that you are, what you want to sell into your store

So we're going to get into add to the poll list. And I'm going to scroll a little bit down and try to look for items that are suitable for my store

that are actually most likely to buy inside my store, depending on what is the brand

what is more likely to to buy here. So I'm just going to stick around with that one with that option

And I'm going to go into input list, which actually appears in here

So what you want to do is to hit into Edit Product. And here into Edit Product, I want to edit is, of course, the title

So let's say, minimalistic, Minimalistic, fashion ultra-thring watch like this

And I'm going to delete stainless steel, steel mesh, build, quars, like that

There we go. And then you want to see the variance, the description, the images, and the shipping info

In my case, I'm going to leave it like that. And I going to go into collections home page Type you want to leave it like that everything you leave it like that and hit into Push to Shopify I going to hit into Save and I going to hit

into Pricing Rule, push to Shopify. So it's really, really easy to do that. So now, how can we

automatically fulfill orders into Dissures into Al-Express? Well, speaking about Ali-Express, Express, we don't have to do anything at all because everything works here into the users

So you have to even worry about that. So I'm going to go back here

As you can see, we have the successfully pushed one item. So you want to go into the import reviews

Inport reviews, here it is. And here I want to go into check status

So we're going to go back into my Shopify, hit into products

And here is my minimalistic fashion ultra. thin watch and here's a stocked so if I go back here into these is I want to

actually go into the item that is actually this one you go back here going to go

into the product like this this going to be sending me into the right section of

AliExpress there we go what you want to do is to copy the URL go back in here

look for more action like this and you want to go for supplier optimizer

So here into supplier optimizer, what you want to do is to paste the URL that we just copy in here

So both items are going to be linked into just one place, so we'll have to do absolutely anything

So here it is searching products. You can find the same product by using the AliExpress product you are outlinked and click here to learn more

more. In our case, we exactly did that. Here it is. I'm going to wait for the computer to find

our product. Really, really easy step. And just like that, it's going to be appearing all the

optimizer suppliers that are here So you want to look for rating And as you can see I have a really great rating but I want to look for a low shipping price and really great of sale number For example this one has 41

The shipping price is $2, so I think I'd look for a little bit less like this one, 28 to 77

and I think this one is great for me. So I want to look for the add to the input list

There we go. to input list to checked. So if I go into the input just like what I want to do is to actually

post this one. I want to fill this one. I want to do the replacement from this one to the

other one. So this is the one that we just did before and I want to hit into push to Shopify

hit into push to Shopify and I'll just publish your online store. One product has been pushed

And I'm going to go back here into my store and reload that

And now as you can see, the order fulfillment has been added right away in a very easy way

So what I just need to do is to delete the other one that hasn't been added into the actual fulfillment

So we're going to select this one. Hit into Removed from Collection or Delete the products

I'm going to go into three dots. Delete products. Here into delete. And there we go

So when someone makes an order, so when someone purchase this item, it's going to be pyrined into the orders of my open orders from these

It's going to be period in here depending on the awaiting, awaiting payment, shipment, fulfillment, canceled, blah, blah, blah, blah

So it's really, really easy to do that and it's really, really helpful

So we don't have to be worrying about the sent that directly into Shopify and send that right away and to add the tracking number and all that

so Shopify and DeSer is going to be working automatically for us
