Connect WiFi to DJI Drone RC (Tutorial for DJI Mini, Mini 4 Pro, and other drone models)

0:01
hey what's up YouTube this is Mike here
0:02
from Filter grade and today I'm going to
0:04
show you how to quickly connect your DJI
0:07
drone to the
0:15
Wi-Fi okay I want to make a super quick
0:17
tutorial for anyone who's ever run into
0:19
this issue before with their DJI drone
0:21
where you need to connect to the Wi-Fi
0:23
or a hot spot but you can't figure out
0:25
how so you'll try to go through you know
0:27
authorization Zone it says unable to
0:29
take off
0:32
and then if you go for the takeoff it'll
0:34
do the same thing when you go to this
0:36
first page it says before you fly
0:37
connect to network to view more click
0:40
that and then it says no network
0:41
connection and in the past I've been
0:44
frantic and thought this was the way to
0:46
connect cuz sometimes it would
0:47
autoconnect but here's how you fix it go
0:50
to your home screen or any screen and
0:51
swipe down once swipe down again on the
0:54
second swipe down you'll see all this
0:56
information click Wi-Fi now the Wi-Fi is
0:59
turning on for me it's already connected
1:01
to a network but if it hasn't before you
1:05
can click settings go to network and Wii
1:08
and then you'll be able to filter
1:10
through all the different networks to
1:11
see what's available in your area to see
1:14
your saved networks and everything of
1:15
that nature this way you can easily
1:19
connect to your hotpots or whatever once
1:22
you're
1:23
connected it'll show connected and then
1:26
when you return to the screen to fly
1:30
it will allow you to authorize that
1:33
drone I'm not going to go through the
1:35
process indoors but essentially you
1:37
click take off and then you have to
1:39
verify a few things and then you're able
1:41
to take off once you confirm it but for
1:43
the sake of this tutorial again swipe
1:45
down once you'll see that little top bar
1:47
show up with some indicators I'm going
1:49
to bring it even closer swipe down once
1:51
you see that top bar swipe down twice
1:54
and that's how you access Wi-Fi and if
1:55
you're ever having issues with Wi-Fi do
1:57
the swipe Downs click this settings box
2:00
go to network and internet and check all
2:02
of that you can also view connected
2:04
devices storage and a lot of other
2:06
settings in this part which they're not
2:08
the most obvious if you've never used it
2:10
before so again swipe down swipe down
2:12
again and you'll get that additional
2:14
context right there I hope this helps if
2:17
you have any questions or comments about
2:18
DJI drones or anything else video and
2:20
photo related leave a comment below and
2:22
don't forget to subscribe to filter
