Release Guilt from Ruining Your Life and Don't Feel Bad About Sleeping!

I slept in too long and felt bad. I started feeling guilty because I wasn't productive. But nobody was harmed. So why feel guilty? Food is the same way. You didn't harm anybody, so why feel guilty? Of course, we can learn from our mistakes. But guilt is not learning. When you feel guilty, you feel bad and your mind and body contract. You look down. This body-mind state is not conducive to learning from overeating mistakes and correcting them in the future. You can 'let go of guilt'. Of course, it's easier said than done. Truly letting go of guilt requires a spiritual journey that may last forever... But hey who am I to know?! I'll let you know about the next life once I get there myself! Live long and prosper :)
