Miso Potato & Cabbage Salad π₯β¨

Ingredients:
π₯ 1.3 lbs baby potatoes, halved
π₯¬ 7.7 oz red cabbage, sliced
πΏ 2 green onions, sliced
π± 4 tbsp cilantro, chopped
βͺ 2 tsp sesame seeds
Dressing:
π§ 1 clove garlic, grated
π« 1 tsp ginger, grated
π₯’ 1 tbsp miso paste
π― Β½ tsp coconut sugar
πΆοΈ Β½ tsp chili flakes
π’οΈ 2 tbsp sesame oil
π₯ 2 tbsp plain soy yogurt
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Boil potatoes in salted water (10-15 min), drain & cool.
2οΈβ£ Whisk together all dressing ingredients.
