So ya got a shiny new iPhone XR from Apple and want to keep it pristine for as long as possible. Makes sense, it's a big purchase. While Apple uses Corning Gorilla Glass for the screen, it's still the most vulnerable part of your device. That's why I always put a high quality screen protector on my phones: I'd rather that the protector absorb the impacts, the scratches and the chips than the actual phone screen.
