There's a lot to like about the Samsung Galaxy Tab E Android tablet, including its bright, vivid screen, slim form factor and quick charging, but the best thing about it is its price. If you're used to Apple tablet pricing, you'll be astonished at how much tablet Samsung's packed into the Galaxy Tab E for under $200.
And one other great thing: It includes a microSD card reader so you can add up to an additional 128GB of storage space for just a few dollars. Hundreds of movies, thousands of songs, whatever you want on your own Android tablet, all ready to go.
Tech expert Dave Taylor of http://www.AskDaveTaylor.com/ gives the Galaxy Tab E a solid test run and likes what he sees from this AT&T 3G enabled Android tablet...

hi Dave Taylor here again and this time
0:07
I'm looking at the Samsung Galaxy Tab e
0:11
that's this and this is a just barely
0:14
under 10-in tablet they call them a
0:16
10-in tablets it's actually 9.6 in just
0:19
so you don't get upset about that
0:20
missing 4/10 of an inch has 16 gig it's
0:24
supports Wi-Fi as do all tablets but it
0:26
also has 3G now 3G is a cellular
0:30
connection and you have to actually
0:32
subscribe through your cellular service
0:34
this one's an AT&T as you can see from
0:36
the little logo on the back and it's
0:39
just a small incremental charge on your
0:40
bill of a few dollars and then this is
0:43
always online even if there's no Wi-Fi
0:45
or Internet at all as long as there
0:47
cellular signal your tablets online now
0:50
this is particularly cool because this
0:52
particular tablet actually does a great
0:55
job with video content and um it
0:58
supports Direct TV so you can get all
1:00
sorts of live television and obviously
1:03
there's so many things like um Netflix
1:07
and Hulu and ABC on demand and Amazon
1:11
video and all of this stuff all of those
1:13
streaming services will work just fine
1:16
on this device and it actually shows
1:18
video at 1920 by 1080 that is actually
1:23
HD so that means you have a beautiful
1:26
little device to have maybe at work to
1:29
watch that great football game while
1:31
you're busy ostensibly doing other stuff
1:34
I actually do that a lot with soccer
1:36
matches but that's a whole another story
1:39
um has a 5,000 milliamp hour battery
1:41
which means that it has tons of battery
1:44
time and in particular that's 12 hours
1:46
of constant video streaming so unless
1:49
you're super super hardcore that's
1:52
plenty for a day that's even plenty for
1:54
a transatlantic flight so this is really
1:57
nice it also being part of the Samsung
2:00
line it actually supports micro SD so
2:03
you can pop in a little card with you
2:04
ready for this up to 128 gabes of
2:08
additional content that is a lot of
2:11
movies even at full HD quality that's a
2:13
lot of movies and music and TV series
2:17
and whatever else content you might want
2:19
to put on here this thing's really quite
2:21
a little Powerhouse and you think
2:22
immediately as I do wow that'd be great
2:25
for my kids and here's what's great
2:27
Samsung actually has something called
2:28
kids mode and Kids Mode lets us parents
2:32
set up what they can access where and
2:35
when they can access it it gives us a
2:37
lot of control over what's going on as
2:39
opposed to saying here's Android good
2:41
luck finding all that inappropriate
2:43
content and then trying to cover Your
2:45
Tracks honestly I think a many kids are
2:48
actually going down that road right now
2:50
but that's really a completely different
2:52
topic for a completely different video
2:54
and speaking of video you see that
2:57
button right there that red button what
2:59
once don't you go ahead and click on it
3:01
what that'll do is you'll subscribe to
3:03
my YouTube channel and then as I produce
3:06
more reviews and I do tons of reviews
3:08
then you'll get all of them and I will
3:11
certainly appreciate you as a subscriber
3:13
so go ahead and click the button and
3:15
feel good about the fact that you
3:17
subscribed we good cool now back to this
3:21
this is running Android 5.1 lollipop I'm
3:24
not clear what their upgrade path is for
3:27
the newer versions of Android but it's
3:29
certainly quite capable enough for the
3:31
majority of what you'd use it for it is
3:33
a quad core CPU from Qualcomm and has
3:37
cameras it's actually like a really huge
3:40
cell phone so the camera in the back
3:43
features a 5 megapixel camera lens and a
3:46
four times digital Zoom pretty cool and
3:49
there's a little tin t camera in the
3:51
front and the camera in the front
3:53
actually really it's kind of for selfies
3:56
and for video conferencing and that's
3:57
only a 2 megapixel camera but still not
4:00
too bad I'm not a big fan of using
4:02
tablets to take photos it seems to me
4:05
really ungainly to be doing this sort of
4:07
thing but I also when I go to sporting
4:10
events or concerts and other things like
4:12
that I do see people using tablets it
4:15
does give you a huge view screen so if
4:18
you have some issues with vision this
4:19
actually can be a huge Boon so that's
4:22
worth knowing it does have an audio jack
4:25
somewhere oh here it is an audio jack so
4:28
for all of you people paranoid about
4:30
your iPhone 7S not having an audio jack
4:33
this does yay audio jack cool okay and
4:36
it also supports Bluetooth 4.1 so you
4:39
don't need the audio jack go figure you
4:41
can do it either way uh like I said
4:43
video playback at 1080p which is full HD
4:47
and it supports Direct TV Etc that's
4:50
really all you need to know except for
4:51
one really cool thing how much would you
4:54
pay for this tablet probably you're
4:56
going to say a lot more than it costs
4:59
this is a 10-in tablet and if you're
5:01
used to the world of iPads you're going
5:04
to be saying oh I don't know $5.99
5:07
$799 it's
5:09
$199 199 bucks and that includes the
5:12
Wi-Fi 3G 16 gig of built-in memory and
5:16
obviously expandability through the
5:17
micro SD that's crazy inexpensive so you
5:21
can pick one up for yourself through
5:23
samsung.com or this particular 3G one I
5:26
have actually is through AT&T so you can
5:28
pick it up through them
5:30
and it'll also then also have pre-loaded
5:32
things like AT&T messages which gives
5:35
you the ability to interact with your
5:37
text messages from your tablet super
5:39
cool so Samsung Tab Galaxy Tab e check
5:44
it out this is Dave Taylor and I'll
5:46
catch you in my next video
