Whether you suffer a heart attack or a stroke may be influenced by what time you go to bed each night. Until recently, most research has concentrated on how much sleep we need to be fit and active. Now a new study suggests that our regular bedtime may also be an important factor in protecting us from illnesses, especially heart attacks and strokes, both of which become higher risk as we get older.
