The 5e spellcasting ability used is Wisdom. So your spell save DC = 8 your proficiency bonus + intellect modifier. At level two, your proficiency benefit is two. Your spell attack modifier = your proficiency bonus + wisdom modifier.
How do I find my Spellcasting ability for my 5e D&D character?
Every spellcasting class will have a section in the class description. It clarifies what ability score used for spell attacks and spell save DCs. For a Druid, it is Wisdom (page 66 of the Player’s Handbook)
