going to discuss about the create new

resource and defining uh working

calendar defined role for the resource

and competencies normally uh to create

the new resource uh it will be from

Project human resource but before that I

want to show something from the project

management accounting

so we have resource list in the project

management accounting uh if you go to

the resource list uh all the resources

available to the project project

management will be available here and we

have here new resource if you click new

resource you will get the

resource which is not at assigned to

that as into the

ah which is not assigned to the schedule

calendar uh currently I cannot see

anything that means no nothing is uh uh

available no no worker is available to

assign the calendar and period all the

resources are assigned to the calendar

and period so it is not available

so now what I can do is that I will go

to Human Resources management to create

the

employee from the human resource

HR module

and you can provide the employment start

date when the employment of this

employee will start

higher and add details you can provide

three this form uh scheduled a calendar

as well as period code or maybe you can

do from the project human resource

how to

so in this

so to map the calendar go to the project

setup and

project tab you have project setup and

you can edit here and you can map the

period code it is employed weekly or

monthly and maximum hours you can map

and uh

calendar that you want to map you can do

that

so

this is one way of doing that and one

more thing I want to show here if you go

to worker you can see the employment

history of where this employee is hired

currently he's hired in ussi and

employment start date is January 1st and

never employment and date is not there

because he is not that terminated he is

still working in for this legal entity

there will be multiple

Employments as well if he is working for

other legal entity as well and one more

thing

next point is that I want to show is

your organization Administration you

will have the resources the whatever the

resource we created just now that will

be available here as well if you go to

uh you know this is the employee that we

created now and you can see the

operations all the details which are

related this type is human resource it

is showing here

so once uh once you set up the calendar

and

period code you can see that in the Pro

resource list as well

so any one form you can do that either

from the resource list from the project

management accounting or from the

human resource module

so see here calendar and period code is

set up previously it was not

and later on you can add the

competencies from this form as well as

human resource form competencies means

if this employee has some skills with

um which skills he has

so if suppose he is very well at

accounting and whether it is beginner or

intermediate Advanced that you can

select it from here and level level date

when this level is State and you can do

that as well and you can add the

education of these employee

certifications

he has and project experience how much

she has all the details you can add from

here

resource availability form

you can do that as well

so now it will show the only the

which are available for accounting

if I remove this filter from here

I'll get all the competencies not only

uh restricted to particular skills

because there is no filter for that

see now it is coming I think you need to

minimize this thing then you'll get all

the things

so this one is not mapped to any project

if it is available it will show this

and if you want to book a

specify hours

you can do that

if you I want to book to this project

maybe I'll

five working days 40 hours right so

books is a reserved book is this when it

is soft booking you need to confirm so

that it will be uh
