0:00
The remote controller contains a compass
0:02
to detect its position.
0:05
We may occasionally be prompted to
0:07
calibrate the controller itself by a
0:10
message on the upper left of the screen.
0:13
Procedure is very simple and is
0:15
explained on screen.
0:18
With the RC2 controller with a built-in
0:20
screen, we can summon the controller
0:22
calibration. To do that, we scroll down
0:25
twice on the screen to reach the menu
0:28
window. We then hit the gear icon at the
0:31
top right and then we choose compass
0:34
calibration.
0:35
Then simply follow the onscreen
0:37
instruction by simply rotating the
0:40
controller horizontally and vertical
0:43
like a figure of eight.
0:46
On several occasions, we may need to
0:48
calibrate the stitches and the dials of
0:50
the remote controller. If you notice
0:52
that the drone doesn't fly in a straight
0:55
line when pushing the right stick
0:57
forward, or if the gimbal doesn't tilt
0:59
smoothly when rotating the dial, it is
1:02
worth trying it. On the control tab of
1:04
the settings, scroll down to the option
1:06
RC calibration. After tapping on it, we
1:10
receive a message for powering off the
1:12
aircraft.
1:14
So, we turn off the drone and tap again
1:17
on RC calibration and then on start.
1:24
As we started on the screen, we push the
1:26
sticks and rotate the dials until we see
1:29
the message calibration successful.
