Renpho Active Thermacool Massage Gun Review

Renfo sent me their active thermacool massage gun and I love this thing mainly because of

this right over here. So this is going to be the heating and cooling massage head. But before I get

into this, let me show you what comes in the box. So it comes with this travel pouch which is really

convenient because it makes it really easy to go ahead and store the massage shed and all the different attachments it comes with. Now inside we're going to have a few things including the

USB-C charging cable, the user manual, the contact card, and these two rubber sleeves. But the most

important part is going to be the massage gun and all the different attachments it has. So first up

we have the u-shaped head attachment and this is going to be perfect to massage the spine, the neck

or the Achilles tendon. There's also the flat head which works pretty good on the shoulder blades and

IT bands. We also have the bullet head and this is going to be for deep tissue and for smaller muscle

areas kind of like your feet. And then there's the ball head which is meant to be used for larger

muscle groups kind of like the quads or glutes and this is meant for extreme soreness. And my favorite

Part of them all is going to be the heating and cooling massage head. So this is really meant for anywhere you want to use it

And the cool thing about this is that it gets hot and cold. So we're going to have two different buttons, cold at the bottom, hot at the top

When I hold the top button, it turns red and I can keep pressing it again until I get to

the desired level I want. And I'm going to try out the hottest level

Now this is meant to get from 99 degrees to 113 degrees and it felt really nice when I

was using it. And after a few minutes, it stayed around 98 degrees Fahrenheit

but I think if I went for longer, it probably would have got hotter. And it's worth noting that this does have a timer

So after 10 minutes, the heating portion is gonna shut off. Now, if we hold the bottom button

this is gonna be the cooling portion and touching that top part felt pretty cool to the touch and it was really relaxing using this as well And this is supposed to get anywhere from 47 degrees Fahrenheit to 61 degrees Fahrenheit and after a few minutes the temperature read a little bit warmer than that and this also has a timer but this is going to be for five minutes and afterwards

it'll go ahead and shut off. Now the thing about this massage head is that it has a battery of its

own so when you are charging up the massage gun you do have to charge this massage head separately

and now we have the massage head itself so this thing feels really nice to the touch it's going

going to have some sort of matte black finish all over except towards the grip and this is going to

be kind of rubberized and what I did notice is towards the rest of the body it did get a bit

dirty kind of from my oils but the handle remained pretty clean. Now right over here and on the sides

we're going to have some vents and this is basically where the fan is going to go ahead and shoot out from and right in the front there's going to be a button and to go ahead and actually turn on the

massage gun we do have to hold it and it's automatically going to start at level one and

there's going to be five different levels and this gets really really quick it goes up to 3200 rpm

and I loved using the highest setting for larger muscles kind of like my quads even my calves but I

took it a little bit easier on my neck and at the bottom we're going to have the usbc port to go

ahead and charge it now the battery life is rated for 150 minutes and it's going to have an auto

off function after 10 minutes and battery life for the heating and cooling massage head is supposed

to be roughly an hour so overall I'm pretty impressed by the massage gun it's simple to use

and most importantly is it has a bunch of different massage heads but my favorite one is of course

going to be the cooling and heating one this is probably the reason why i would want to upgrade

compared to my old one because it didn't have this and considering it has a travel pouch it

makes it really easy to go ahead and store and travel with it but if you're looking for an upgrade
