What To Expect With The Fanttik Outdoor Zeta L8 Max Camping Chair

Fantic Outdoor sent me their Zeta L8 Max camping chair, so let's check it out

So it comes in this box and here we can see the logo of Fantic Outdoor right there

And this comes right out and it's going to come in this nice little travel pouch, which is real good

There's also going to be a strap on top, so you can just swing it over your shoulders just like so

And now right here, there's just going to be this booklet. Shows a little bit about how to open it up, I'm guessing

And I guess some stuff about the warranty. And this is going to be the Zeta L8 Max

And right here is everything that comes in it. We're going to have the metal parts and then the

actual chair portion where I'm going to sit in and then some paperwork. So right here is going to be

the instruction manual. And there's also this, I guess, Fantic Outdoors Explorer kit. And this is

pretty cool. It comes with some stickers. So we got the Fantic Outdoor logo and then the instant

cabin. Instant cabin, you got two of each and this nice kind of postcard. And then here's the back of

it. So building this shouldn't be too difficult so I start by just taking the strap off and here's

all the metal pieces and these basically just connect inside just like so so when I lift it they set into place All right so here what the whole frame looks like and now it time to add this part and we going to start with the back rest So right over

here there's going to be these holes and this is where those tubes are going to slide into it

just like that. Now it's time for the seat portion. So this can be a little bit tricky

For starters, it does have this strap which makes it easier just to kind of pull it into place

Just like so. And then do the same thing on the other side. And this one's going to be a little bit harder because there's going to be more taunt, more tension in it

So just like that. And there. So now time to sit in this and see how comfortable this is

Okay, so this is actually pretty cool. It goes ahead and reclines back

And I don't really have to do anything. If I want, I could sit straight or relatively straight like this

or I could easily just prop myself back. And it also does come with this little cushion

kind of gives it like a neck rest. So it does help a little bit

But because my height, the back of my head is going to hit the top of the pole

So if you're a little bit shorter, then your head might just rest on that instead. But regardless, it is comfortable

especially when I go all the way back like this Now I 180 pounds and let me see if I could I could put all my weight back like this And the chair is perfectly fine so far

Now on the right side, it does come with this thing over here. And this is if you want to store

something, whether it be some keys or in this case, I'll just put my phone on the side

just like that. And then on the left side, there's nothing. And here's another angle. So you can see from the side, I sit down and this is immediately going to recline back. And once

again this is as far back as it goes and then here's that little pouch I was talking about

where you could store some things again just like my phone like so just like that and now let's see

how long it takes me to put the camping chair away into this pouch so let me just start the timer

and I'm going to start by taking the bottom piece out and this can just be pulled out like this and

then the other side will come off easily and now the backrest can be pulled out just like so

And first thing I want to do is just take all these connectors out like this, just one

by one. And everything should kind of line up as I move it all out

There so I got this part done top side and now these can be flipped up here

And as long as the strap was put correctly, there, now I got the strap

Kind of like this, so it's an okay job. And now this can be folded pretty easily

So the bottom pieces just kind of fold inside on themselves. And then I could roll this up

Just like so. And then everything should be able to be placed nicely inside here

Just like that. And then zip everything up. And there. It took me a minute and 30 seconds to put everything away

And it packs conveniently into the bag and I can either hold it on the top just like

so or just put it over my shoulder like that. But yeah, overall I'm pretty happy with this camping chair and I'm excited to start using

this when I go camping this fall
