So I just got this Nutruchef glass air fryer so I just want to check it out. So so far I already
0:04
turned it out and I put some things that I want to cook in here. Now I put an assortment of things
0:09
so I have two burgers. I never air fried burgers so I want to see how it looks like and then we also
0:13
have three small pieces of chicken and by the way it does come with like this crisper type of plate
0:19
and at the bottom you can see over here there are going to be some rubberized feet. All right so
0:25
here it is so once I put it in the screen immediately starts to glow up and it starts
0:30
flashing on and off so there's going to be different preset modes which you actually can't
0:35
touch these aren't capacitive touch buttons up top they're just the screen so to get to these you
0:39
have to click this button over here and it's going to cycle through all this so right here we have
0:43
chicken which the preset is 380 degrees at 25 minutes and then we have a fish 340 at 40 at
0:53
345 degrees. We have broccoli 375 degrees at 12 minutes. French fries at 15 minutes at 380 degrees
1:03
Bacon 390 degrees for five minutes. Keep warm 30 minutes for 100 degrees and then preheat 400
1:11
degrees Fahrenheit at four minutes and then steak 12 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit
1:19
And right here I can adjust the temperatures as well too so I could just change it up. and this goes all the way down this goes from 180 degrees all the way up to 400 degrees fahrenheit
1:30
and let me see if i change this if it nope still same thing still 400 to 180 degrees And in this case I gonna be doing like a mixture of chicken and meat
1:41
And so what I like to do is actually let me cycle
1:45
all the way to the chicken. Chicken's at 380 degrees, that's pretty good. And then the time
1:51
25 minutes, that's pretty solid. So what I like to do is let half
1:55
the time pass, so about 12, 13 minutes. I'll check on it again, and then I'll
1:59
flip the stuff over and then continue it. There, and by the way, you just saw
2:04
if this isn't like closed properly, then the screen's not gonna light up and then once it's closed properly
2:10
everything lights up again. And I guess it does have the memory and it'll stay back to the previous setting of chicken
2:16
And so yeah, let me start it, press the play, press the start button and there it is
2:22
And then it immediately starts doing its thing. Okay, so it's been a few seconds
2:26
and now she is glowing orange right now, which is pretty cool. And while we wait for that, let me give you a little bit of measurements
2:32
So the height for this air fryer is going to be about 12 feet. The width, sorry, 12 inches
2:39
The width is going to be about 10 and a half inches. And the depth is going to be about 10 inches
2:44
And so here's what the side profile looks like. Oh, I actually accidentally turned it off
2:51
So it's going to go back into play. And here you can see when you accidentally open it and then close it again
2:57
it's going to start back up immediately afterwards. and here you can see the change in the light
3:01
Let me just gently move it around on the side. And now you can see what it looks like from the back And I can start to feel the warmth around over here too So what I going to do now I going to let it do its thing I come back in about 12 minutes and check on it to see what it looks like inside Alright so 13 minutes passed
3:21
and here's what it looks like so far. So there it is the burgers look pretty
3:26
crispy on the outside and same thing with the chicken. So now what I'll do is
3:30
I'll just flip everything over. Also you can get a better view of what the plate
3:35
at the bottom looks like. All right we got the chicken and now the meat right there and then
3:42
again once I close it off correctly it'll beep. It'll start over and there and so now after a few
3:48
seconds we're going to start to see the orange glow again. There it is and so I'll be back in 12
3:52
minutes when this finishes. So there's two minutes left but this looks like it's pretty good so if
3:57
you look down here this looks like it crisped up pretty well so I'm actually going to take this
4:01
already and then right now just to turn off I can just press that power button it'll shut everything off. Alright now it's beeping and the vent is still going
4:09
on in the back over here I'm not sure why let's see if I okay I guess I have to
4:13
press it again until we get all these lines and now the vent shut off and now
4:17
this is fully off. So now let me just cut through some chicken cut through some meat so you could see how it is and I guess one thing that's missing from here
4:24
is I wish this did come with some sort of mat to place it at the bottom because
4:28
right now I don't want to put it on my kitchen here, on my counter
4:32
Here's what we have, so you can get a better look of the chicken, a better look at the meat
4:37
Here's a cross section, so yeah, everything cooked pretty well and then same thing with the meat, the meatball
4:44
I guess with the meatball maybe I cooked a little bit too much but let see how it turned out Take a little bite from this and a little bite from the chicken as well too and let do a taste
4:57
test. I accidentally dropped a little bit of that so let me get another piece of meat. Cooked very well but the chicken
5:09
Chicken is good A little juicy But I think maybe I overcooked it
5:17
I probably could have done it A little bit lower temperature And then maybe 20 minutes instead of the 20
5:25
I think I did like 23 in total But yeah, overall pretty happy with this one
5:29
I'm also a fan of these glass air fryers Just because you can see what's going on
5:34
It also does feel like it's going to be a little bit easier to clean out too And here you can see what it looks like on the inside, but let me also show you the whole plate too
5:44
So if I take the rest of the pieces of here out And then over here you could see
5:51
What it looks like now? And then it's time to clean that surface and by the way the whole
5:57
Area of this also does look kind of small for the size of this glass container
6:02
And if we measure it and if we measure the size from the edge to edge of the glass
6:06
It'll be about eight and a quarter inch Compared to the bottom which is significantly less. So let me actually check that too. All right, so without burning my fingers in here
6:16
This looks to be about Six and three quarters inches wide. So hopefully this gives you a better idea of what to expect with this NutriChef glass air fryer
6:26
Thanks for watching
