Hey, Chris here, and today I'm taking a look at this Joyroom phone holder

And I was sent this for the purpose of this review, but I'll go ahead and give my honest first impressions and opinion of this

And I'm pretty happy about this just because I was missing one of these for my car

My old one ended up breaking a while ago, and I never ended up getting a new one, so navigation was kind of tough

But this will go ahead and make it a lot easier just to put on my phone. So first thing I see is going to be this part. This is going to be where it goes ahead and swivels

We also have a thick booklet for instructions, but this seems pretty self-explanatory

Right here, this is going to be where the phone holder itself goes

And it just extends out with the press of a button on the back

So just like that, it's pretty easy And then when I push it, it'll go ahead and stay and click into place

At the bottom, this is where the phone sets down And then right here, this is going to be where the big, well it's actually a pretty big arm

A big arm goes ahead and goes So I inside my RAV4 and I wanna go ahead and install the phone holder And there two spots where I can actually put this One of it going to be for the vent and the other one going to be for up here So the first one for the vent is going to be this little hook over here

So to go ahead and expand this, I just have to twist it. So let me, if I twist it to the right, it'll go ahead and shrink

And if I twist it to the left, it'll go ahead and expand out

There, so now this is expanded a lot. So now when I can go ahead and just fit this on right over here

It hooks onto the vent and now I can twist it to go ahead and lock it. So I'll again twist that to the right

And now it's slowly tightening this there now It's tight and I can't move my vent at all anymore, but that's fine because this is in place and

Then I can just go ahead and just put this part right over here, and I just have to

loosen this up here And now I can just push this into place

and then I can tighten it from the back. There, so I went ahead and moved it to the right side

Now I can put my phone in here without it having to worry about hitting this So now my windshield wipers can work nice and smooth over here and this is what it ends up looking like so yeah this is going to be a lot

easier when driving I can just put the gps up over here instead of me having it to put down over here

so here's what the other arm looks like and this is what I'm going to install right on top over here

and this also can be moved up and down just like so so I just got to go ahead and loosen this and

then tighten it wherever I like it and then this part can actually extend out too so in theory I

can have my phone extend out pretty far out just like this which is real nice but first things first

is to go ahead and just remove this part and then make sure this is wiped down nicely all right so

this is where I want to go ahead and put it this is the flattest part right here so I went ahead

and just took off the sticker and I just have to press this down here and then there's a button

right there that I just have to push down and just hold down for about five seconds

and make sure it sticks real nice and tight. And there that should be good And now I can go ahead and just put the top part right over here All right so this is how it ended up looking like And I can go ahead and adjust this too So if I want this arm to move up and down I can just loosen this part here

And then just move it up or down. So I'll leave it kind of like this. Right there

And I can tighten it again. And now I can also extend the arm out too

So if I loosen this part, I'll have the ability to pull this out

and it does go out pretty long but I don't need it to be sticking out this long because this is

this looks kind of silly so all the way back is actually pretty good for me and there now all I

have to do is wait 15 minutes for this to make sure it's secure and I can go ahead and put my

phone right up over here and there it is so I end up moving the arm a little bit higher up just

because I like this being a little bit more eye level for me and then here's the map so I can just

go wherever I want and it's also worth mentioning that on the back over here there also is this

little magnet at the bottom it shows it right over here so I can just put my wire through it

so I can go ahead and just charge it right here but yeah that's a quick overview of the universal phone holder
