So today I'm going over this heated shoulder pad. It's actually going to be a two-piece
0:04
One of it, it's going to be this strap over here that goes around my body
0:08
And then the other piece, of course, is going to be the heated pad itself. So I went ahead and just attached it over here. It does fit multiple sizes, so it fits me nice and comfortably
0:20
Now to go ahead and actually use this, I have to make sure that I put something between my body
0:25
So this does get pretty hot. So right now I just have my shirt under
0:29
But what's recommended is to go ahead and put a towel on here. And to actually use it, I have this cable over here, which I'll go ahead and plug in right over there
0:39
And then I can hold the power button for five seconds to go ahead and turn it on
0:44
And there are a few levels to this. So it changes color depending on how hot it gets
0:50
all right so right now i have it connected and it just went ahead and lit up with all different
0:55
colors and so the three settings are going to be green blue and red so hold it for five seconds
1:03
and now it's going to be red and this is going to be the one that lights up to 150 degrees
1:09
fahrenheit if i press it again it'll go blue this will go to 130 degrees fahrenheit
1:13
and then green will go to 110 degrees so i'll start just with just with 110 see how it feels
1:20
and it says right here it does have like an automatic function just to protect it so after
1:26
45 minutes of use it'll automatically stop working and then I'll have to go ahead and hold it for five
1:31
seconds to go ahead and turn it on and of course the reason for this is just for the shoulder
1:37
or rotator cuff in that case this is pretty perfect just because I do have right shoulder pain so I do have to go ahead and stretch a lot before actually working out So hopefully this will help alleviate some pain or even at nighttime too when I sleep on
1:53
my side. I usually tend to sleep on my right side unintentionally so this shoulder would also go
1:58
ahead and hurt. And so far I do feel it starting to warm up as well slowly but surely. And this is
2:05
only green so I do want to go ahead and test out the the blue one which is going to be 130 degrees
2:13
yep 130 degrees it's also worth mentioning that underneath here there's like these little jade
2:20
jade circles over here and that's kind of what also will go ahead and get really warm
2:28
and over here there's this strap too which I can go ahead and tighten depending on how
2:35
how thick my arm is. So right now it's nice and tight and right here it's not falling or anything
2:41
Then this is of course around my body just to keep it nice and secure. And yeah let me wait a few
2:47
seconds and see how hot this gets. So it's been two minutes since I turned this on and I went ahead
2:51
and also changed it to the hottest setting and I definitely do feel it a lot hotter and it's kind
2:58
of weird just because I've never felt kind of this this heat feeling around my arm and I can't
3:05
really tell where exactly the main source is which is good so that means it's distributed pretty well
3:11
uh all around it and then as i'm talking this also is getting hotter so yeah i definitely do need
3:18
to have a towel over it or at least some sort of barriers just to not burn myself
3:23
but anyway i can see how this can go ahead and be pretty good for any shoulder pain
3:27
but yeah that's a quick overview of the heated shoulder pad
