0:24

0:46
you guys have always been such big
0:48
supporters and
0:49
the love and the hospitality and just uh
0:52
the the welcoming i get from you guys is
0:54
tremendous and i wish nothing but
0:56

0:57

0:59
everything good to you guys because you
1:01

1:06
really do appreciate you guys
1:08

1:10
mean man there's such positive
1:12
people i get so much love after and i
1:14

1:15
i i you guys make me feel great and i
1:17
appreciate you guys so much
1:18
thank you mutual feelings noah
1:20
absolutely noah neiman is here by the
1:22
way you could follow him
1:24
i want to give out his information now
1:25
because i want you all to follow him
1:27
noah d neiman right n-o-a-h
1:32
the letter d the letter m-e-i-m-a-n
1:36
um yeah man i i i just again
1:40
uh last year getting to hang with you
1:42
guys and and uh
1:44
just getting that love from you guys has
1:45
been such a blessing and i know
1:47
things are real rough right now but i
1:49
think it really put into the light how
1:50
much we need each other
1:52
and uh we you know you're bouncing off
1:54
talking about ali
1:55
and you remember that line that i always
1:56
say every time i come in and it's really
1:58
the foundation of
1:59
what we do at rumble and how i try to
2:01
live my life is
2:03
service to others is our rent for our
2:04
room here on earth and um
2:06
it's much easier to better serve others
2:08
if we have a lot of strong people in our
2:10
corner and you guys are definitely uh
2:12
those people for me and i just
2:13
appreciate you guys
2:14
all right there it is my man noah name
2:16
it man okay so we hugged and kissed up
2:18
right now okay so everybody good
2:20
everybody
2:24
all right cool man um you said something
2:27
really interesting
2:28
now citizens everybody tuned in new year
2:31
you know how it goes we all want to
2:32
start the
2:33
year differently if there's some things
2:35
you want to improve on especially when
2:36
it comes to health
2:38
but it's the hardest thing to get
2:39
started and to stay
2:41
consistent and um we came off a really
2:45
chaotic year in this world and you said
2:49
something interesting when you said i
2:50
love talking with you guys because you
2:52
guys make me
2:53
feel good yeah okay and so
2:56
that's a whole nother degree of um
3:00
health and fitness is how you feel right
3:02
um
3:03
how important you know some people could
3:05
go through the motions
3:06
and go through the exercises and
3:09
at the end of the day they didn't feel
3:10
good going through the motions and they
3:12
didn't feel good going through the
3:13
exercises and they didn't feel good
3:15
afterwards um how do you train
3:19
people's mind because i think the mind
3:21
has to be trained
3:23
if not more as much as the body
3:25
especially coming off of this year have
3:27
you had to adjust your training
3:29
you know because i know people was
3:30
walking in to rumble coming into the
3:32
room which is a whole lot of weight
3:34
how did you adjust your training yeah so
3:37
listen what i like to do is i like to
3:40
actually attack and it
3:41
it's it's kind of unique i like to
3:43
attack the body first
3:45
um what i've always found is when i
3:48
train
3:48
physically i you know i was diagnosed
3:51
with adhd at a young age i was on the
3:53
ritalin i was i was bouncing off walls
3:55
literally as a kid getting into a lot of
3:57
a lot of trouble so what i found is when
3:59
i started training i
4:00
i wanted the six-pack you know i told
4:02
the story about eric nice and i wanted
4:04
to look like the mtv
4:05
shopkins and i wanted to take my shirt
4:07
off and what i found
4:09
was it never stuck because you're right
4:11
it's hard as hell to train it
4:13
it goes against our better instincts
4:15
because you know we we
4:17
want what's called we crave homeostasis
4:19
which is the path of least resistance
4:21
we we don't to get stronger we need
4:24
resistance
4:25
but in the same light progression and
4:28
elevation which is the root of happiness
4:31
requires us to stress our bodies out
4:33
requires us to stress and get out of our
4:35
norms out of our comfort systems
4:37
or we're just going to stay stagnant
4:38
which is the root of depression that's
4:40
not what we want
4:41
so what i've always found it and what we
4:43
talk about at rumble and what we talk
4:44
about through our discipline and
4:45
training is
4:46
listen hang on the feeling physically
4:49
yeah
4:50
when you're doing squats when you're
4:51
doing when you're adding resistance when
4:53
you're adding weights
4:54
to movements that your body's uh not
4:56
used to you're gonna struggle
4:58
but why is that a bad thing why do we
5:01
look at fatigue why do we look at strain
5:03
why do we look at stress as such a bad
5:05
thing
5:06
it's not if you can recondition your
5:08
body
5:09
and your mind to accept that except the
5:12
literal growing pains
5:13
then you're going to be in a better
5:14
position so what we did in kind of the
5:17
evolution of rumble because
5:19
obviously you know my heart goes out to
5:21
so many small businesses that
5:23
shuttered their businesses that have um
5:26
you know obviously the physical lives
5:27
that have been lost as well
5:29
like you said it's been a tumultuous
5:31
damn year
5:32
um but who would we be if we're
5:34
preaching these principles of
5:36
strength through adversity and
5:37
perseverance if we just looked at this
5:40
terrible time probably the worst time
5:42
we've had in our
5:43
modern history um and we just fold it up
5:46
so what we're doing right now is we
5:49
actually just started on ig live we
5:51
started putting out workouts because we
5:53
had
5:53
free workouts we had all this talent we
5:56
had these skills that makes people
5:58
feel better and who you know right now
6:02
we need to get out of our own mind where
6:03
a lot of us are locked in
6:04
stuck in our houses we're unemployed
6:06
we're underemployed we're struggling
6:09
but what we can control is how we treat
6:11
our physical bodies right now so we
6:13
started putting out these ig live
6:14
workouts
6:15
they were garnishing hundreds of
6:17
thousands of views some got millions of
6:19
views
6:20
and the most profound thing was
6:23
the messages that we received this has
6:26
been such a tough time in our lives
6:28
but for 45 minutes when we're doing
6:30
these lives
6:31
we're getting out of our own feelings
6:32
we're really just
6:34
getting as hard as it is you know we're
6:36
punching we're going through boxing
6:37
moves we're doing squats we're doing
6:38
lunges we're doing high knees push-ups
6:40
calisthenics
6:41
we're you know listening to great music
6:43
we're doing it together
6:45
and we're getting uncomfortable together
6:47
and through that process
6:49
we're really showcasing the the the
6:52
depths of the well of the human spirit
6:55
because if you could do that [ __ ] now in
6:57
the midst of a pandemic if you can
6:59
invest in yourself
7:00
so that you can better serve yourself
7:02
and others later
7:03
but then we're on to something and
7:04
that's that's that's all we're doing
7:06
right now
7:07
man noah neiman ladies and gentlemen
7:09
where can people find this ig live
7:12
so we do that we do the ig lives we
7:14
transition to rumble tv
7:16
which is our zoom based workout we're uh
7:18
now offering uh in the next
7:19
the month or so um on demand workouts
7:22
through um you can look it up at do you
7:23
rumble.com
7:25
and we also just launched our
7:26
partnership um
7:28
with uh equinox and their new app varus
7:30
so we have some content out there
7:32
it's a subscription-based service so we
7:35
have the ig live stored on our instagram
7:37
account do you rumble
7:38
i'll be doing some free lives in the
7:39
coming weeks this week in the coming
7:41
weeks um on my personal page
7:43
and then we have at do you rumble.com
7:45
all the information about
7:46
our rumble tv program which we're
7:49
elevating right now we're getting uh
7:50
we're putting a lot of
7:51
effort and resources into making it the
7:53
best experience possible
7:54
um because our clients you guys deserve
7:56
that and then also uh check us out on
7:58
the varus app at uh
8:00
um you can just download it on the app
8:02
store
8:03
okay uh noah neiman is here man he got a
8:06
lot going on
8:07
i love it too and i watch this growth
8:09
i'm gonna let you guys jump
8:11
in uh um momentarily
8:14
um noah you said something really
8:18
interesting and
8:19
and i want to open the phone line so
8:20
anyone who's having a hard time
8:23
getting motivated to work out or do
8:26
anything
8:27
you know to move just to have any type
8:29
of physical activity
8:31
if you're having a hard time i want you
8:32
to call no he's going to give you some
8:33
free advice
8:34
um 888-742-3345 but you said um we have
8:40
to recondition our body and mind
8:42
to a little bit of growing pains yeah
8:45
how like you know
8:48
listen it's trial but it's trial by fire
8:51
like you never know how strong you
8:53
really
8:53
are until you're tested and i think that
8:57
a lot of these modern conveniences that
8:59
we have
9:00
um actually do us a disservice you know
9:03
we don't have to fight for anything
9:05
anymore
9:06
and so when we are faced with great
9:07
adversity a lot of us
9:09
buckle and it's not and there's nothing
9:11
wrong with that
9:12
because listen in my profession
9:15
especially on instagram
9:17
you see these instagram trainers that
9:19
you know they spout the no days off
9:20
thing and
9:21
you know i'll sleep when i'm dead type
9:23
mentality and i always try to clarify
9:25
that by saying listen
9:26
it is very human to struggle it is you
9:29
know we post the highlight reels
9:31
and we post when we nail that cool thing
9:34
that's going to garnish us a ton of
9:35
likes
9:36
we don't post the time we like we tried
9:37
that box jump and we busted up our
9:40
ankles and our in our shins
9:42
which i think is it's just wrong and we
9:44
do it in a physical sense we do it in a
9:46
financial sense
9:47
we don't show the struggle because
9:49
that's not cool
9:51
but listen man i mean i've been through
9:53
through so many emotional
9:54
ups and downs that you know you look at
9:56
me and you see this strong kid
9:58
with tattoos and you know he carries
10:00
himself pretty well
10:02
but listen man i've i've been in the
10:03
darkest of the dark i've had
10:05
so many emotional problems and i've had
10:07
feelings of self-doubt
10:08
and i've had feelings of depression and
10:10
sadness and i think that
10:12
we gotta understand that that's okay
10:15
that's okay to have those feelings
10:17
and it does us it does our whole you
10:20
know humanity a disservice
10:22
when we don't talk about that and with
10:24
that being said
10:25
listen you can persevere through that
10:28
but it's hard
10:30
it's hard to get your body and mind in
10:32
shape it's hard to persevere through
10:34
you know a pandemic and and and and
10:37
familial problems and emotional problems
10:40
but it's also hard to stay in that pit
10:43
so what i like to say is just you got to
10:44
choose your heart because it's hard to
10:46
be depressed
10:47
it's hard to be strong but hard is not a
10:49
bad word
10:51
i mean i know it's a four-letter word
10:54
but it's not a bad word not a bad word
10:56
it's not it's not like you know we we we
11:00
try to get these get
11:01
rich quick schemes we try to get the
11:02
come up quick we try to get the bag
11:04
quick
11:05
when it's like it's not gonna happen
11:07
like that
11:08
you're gonna fall flat on your face and
11:10
that's but that's fine that's good
11:12
that's okay and we don't talk about that
11:15
enough so when you talk about how
11:17
any time you adopt a new habit it's
11:19
going to be hard
11:20
because you're literally reconditioning
11:22
your human existence
11:24
so i want people to come in with the
11:26
with the with the right preconceptions
11:28
about what it takes
11:30
to be strong and to be happy and
11:34
you you do that through again trial by
11:36
fire
11:37
but it's much easier when you have a lot
11:40
of people in your corner so you've got
11:42
to make sure you have the right crew
11:43
that's why i'm super proud of what we've
11:45
created with rumble the the talent the
11:47
community
11:48
the the leadership um and and just
11:51
the the connectivity to our communities
11:54
um
11:55
that's that makes me proud because we
11:57
can help more people that way
11:59
and obviously as a business you want to
12:00
be successful but
12:02
you focus on how you can serve first and
12:05
then
12:06
you focus on you know the money in the
12:07
bank the bag after and you're gonna do
12:10
better
12:10
but man we gotta start talking about
12:13
real emotions now
12:14
i'm i'm tired of the fake instagram
12:16
stuff i'm you know i i've joked about it
12:17
for a while but
12:19
right now you know i see a lot of just
12:21
just shakiness and i don't want that i
12:23
want
12:24
people to know that this will be the
12:26
best investment you can make when you
12:27
invest in yourself
12:29
when you siphon off that time for
12:30
yourself and you know you i'll give you
12:32
guys a good book too because i don't
12:34
want you to think it's all about the
12:35
physical king of the world national
12:36
bestseller david remnick uh it's about
12:38
ali
12:39
i just finished reading it i reread it a
12:40
couple times it is absolutely
12:42
incredible so if you invest in your mind
12:45
your body your [ __ ]
12:47
spirit you're gonna be better able to
12:50
tackle the things that come at you right
12:54
i don't know it's just it's not it's not
12:56
like you know not
12:57
rick ross one of my favorite songs you
12:59
know [ __ ] no no [ __ ] with me you know i
13:01
got
13:01
it right it's not about
13:04
it's are you prepared
13:08
are you mentally are you physically
13:10
prepared and a lot of us can't honestly
13:12
look in the mirror and say yes we are
13:14
so that's okay so let's let's change
13:16
that let's get prepared
13:18
let's get prepared
13:28
who wants to get prepared [ __ ] with noah
13:31
you know he got it
13:39
open up these phone lines i love where
13:41
you at noah
13:43
how you said the best investment you're
13:45
ever gonna make
13:46
what better investment can you make than
13:48
other than yourself
13:50
it's like the whole airplane theory when
13:52
they when they tell you when the when
13:53
the accident that's what i'm saying
13:54
people will wait in line for a week to
13:56
get the ps5
13:57
but they won't you know sit back and do
13:59
the things
14:00
necessary to secure you know uh that
14:03
emotional that physical strength
14:06
uh-huh they spend more money on jewelry
14:08
than they do on their health
14:12
yeah so we're gonna open these phone
14:14
lines uh eight eight eight seven four
14:16
two
14:16
three three four five noah neiman is
14:19
here man rumble tv
14:20
rumble young man rumble sway in the
14:22
morning shave for
14:23
whoa now i'm back out here
14:27
reaping the blessings and getting the
14:29
benefits they go along with
14:31
everything that's out here for kings
14:32
like us
14:40
you know we got it sway the morning save
14:42
four
14:43
[Applause]
14:57
yeah i was waiting for jay to come in
14:59
that's cool me too
15:03
well you you know no low-key
15:07
that man drops gems if you ever listen
15:10
to him in a business acumen it is insane
15:13
yeah he's doing this thing so is yours
15:15
though um we're talking rumble tv
15:18
noah neiman is here big round of
15:20
applause make sure y'all follow him on
15:22
instagram
15:23
number one we're talking about getting
15:27
we got a lot of people on the phone
15:28
lines who wants to get to get it
15:30
together
15:31
okay but but before we do um i want to
15:34
have a see if you have we were talking
15:36
earlier today about
15:38
um a comment that the ceo of whole foods
15:40
made about people in their diet and
15:42
folks need to get in shape and eat
15:44
healthier and we shouldn't have to be on
15:46
all these drugs so on and so forth
15:48
haven't made up an interesting point on
15:49
how we can change that and i want to see
15:51
how
15:52
her point correlates with what it is
15:55
you're doing with rumble tv can you ex
15:57
can you talk about that hb
15:59
yeah noah what's up um what i was saying
16:01
was that i think
16:02
for so many of us we just lack
16:06
food education like we just don't know
16:09
we think that
16:10
all juice is the same we i it was not
16:13
until i started
16:14
you know doing sway in the morning did i
16:16
know about cold pressed
16:18
juice i didn't know what that meant i
16:19
thought hawaiian punch was juice growing
16:22
up as a kid you know you you're drinking
16:24
kool-aid you think that's juice but i
16:26
think our lack of food
16:28
education has um has been a detriment to
16:31
us and
16:32
i think um what happens when you do
16:34
start to
16:35
actually work out and i i don't like to
16:37
use the word workout because sometimes
16:39
that scares people but when you start to
16:40
like
16:41
just add some some some cardio or just
16:43
go for a walk for maybe 15
16:45
20 minutes a day it makes you become
16:47
more conscious of what you're eating
16:49
and it will it will force you in some
16:51
cases to turn over those labels
16:53
and those boxes and read about the high
16:55
fructose corn syrup that's sodium that
16:57
sugar
16:58
all those different things that for me
17:00
noah i just was not aware of before
17:02
i was not exact yeah i mean what's
17:05
what's watered will grow
17:07
so i think there's there's a lot of
17:09
underlying issues and honestly
17:10
one of the most important issues
17:12
obviously is education but also
17:14
availability
17:15
i mean healthy food just isn't more
17:18
expensive
17:19
than than food that isn't it is much
17:22
cheaper and i'm very cognizant of the
17:26
price
17:26
the the cost of health especially in
17:29
america
17:30
and it's something we really have to
17:31
work on it's something we have to make
17:34
healthier foods more accessible more
17:37
financially accessible
17:39
because it's easy for us to sit back
17:42
you know thank god i you know i'm
17:44
financially more sound than i was a
17:46
decade ago
17:47
i can now afford these things but there
17:49
was a time when
17:50
i couldn't there's a time now when
17:53
a majority of families can't
17:57
and that is a huge issue that the
18:00
individual can't tackle it's on
18:04
the executive and i'm not taking shots
18:07
at anybody but it's on the
18:09
multi-million dollar executive of whole
18:11
foods
18:13
fine you want people to eat healthier
18:15
because he's absolutely right
18:16
we are too dependent our healthcare
18:18
system one is is
18:19
is in shambles as we've seen two
18:23
it's um it's designed to be very
18:25
reactive
18:26
as opposed to proactive and proactive
18:29
would be
18:29
we don't want you in the hospitals we
18:31
don't want you in the health care system
18:33
it's there if you need it
18:34
but we don't want you dependent on this
18:36
health care system we want you to be
18:38
educated on the right foods
18:40
not only do we want you to be educated
18:41
on the right foods the right physical
18:43
activities that you need
18:44
we want to provide that as a system
18:47
as a civilization we want to make it
18:51
more accessible and more affordable and
18:52
we don't do that
18:53
we don't do that so again it's very easy
18:55
for executives
18:57
it's easier for us to say listen family
19:00
of five
19:00
with with with kids and with three jobs
19:03
with two jobs
19:04
you gotta pay attention to this when
19:07
they're just trying to scrape by
19:09
and then you look at the the
19:10
disenfranchised you look at people who
19:12
are
19:12
who are uh undernourished you look at
19:14
people who
19:15
who don't have access to what we do and
19:19
and what we we point these fingers and
19:20
it's not a and we're not doing it in
19:23
in a malicious way but fine if we're
19:26
going to say
19:26
you've got to do this let's help other
19:28
people let's set up
19:30
systems of service so that we can serve
19:33
our communities
19:34
so fine mr mr whole foods let's do it
19:37
let's do it
19:38
um you you you said all of these
19:41
amazing things that we can be doing to
19:44
make society better and
19:45
improve our health as a as a nation and
19:49
we're doing the exact opposite so what
19:51
does that tell you
19:55
the history of mankind go against our
19:58
own best interests
20:02
let me say this okay
20:05
what i'm getting at is it benefits
20:10
the pharmaceutical industry for us not
20:12
to eat healthy does it not
20:14
a thousand percent okay i mean the
20:16
oldest adage is
20:17
it's much more profitable to treat a
20:18
disease that it is secure
20:20
and but listen i want people to take i
20:23
don't want people to feel
20:24
hopeless because there is a ton of hope
20:26
you can start
20:28
and tapping into this new year's theme
20:31
you know new year new me all the stuff
20:33
that looks good on the hashtags
20:34
listen make small actionable changes in
20:38
your life
20:39
maybe it's one extra meal that that that
20:42
you invest a little bit more and that's
20:43
a little bit healthier
20:44
maybe you you make one you wake up 10
20:47
minutes earlier and go for that 10
20:49
minute walk
20:50
so often why these resolutions fail is
20:53
because we try to reinvent ourselves
20:55
overnight right there's no overnight
20:56
celebrity there's no overnight sensation
20:59
things take effort they take consistent
21:02
effort
21:02
and you're going to fall off the horse
21:04
you're going to get back on and you're
21:05
going to be a little bit stronger when
21:07
you do so you're going to be able to
21:08
carry it a little bit deeper
21:09
you're going to fall off again you're
21:10
going to get back on there's no
21:12
one just upward uh curve
21:16
it's just or upward um uh graph on it
21:19
it's it's it's there's gonna be a lot of
21:22
challenges
21:22
but if we can make a few smarter
21:25
decisions
21:26
if we can maybe educate ourselves just
21:28
go hit the google
21:30
hit the google and and type in some
21:32
things like like heather b is saying
21:34
like hb is saying like if if the schools
21:37
aren't going to educate us on on how to
21:39
be healthier
21:40
let's take accountability for ourselves
21:43
and say all right damn it i'ma educate
21:45
myself on it
21:46
because that's what that's what i did i
21:47
was i you know fortunately i had
21:49
internet access when i was younger i was
21:51
um sneaking on the aol not the age
21:53
myself sneaking on an aol 53 hour thing
21:56
and i would look up different ways that
21:59
i could eat a little bit better because
22:01
again like i said i had a lot of
22:02
behavioral problems
22:04
and i i we're we're setting a lot of
22:06
these kids up for failure because
22:08
we're pumping them full of sugar we're
22:10
pumping them full of you know
22:11
quick quick nutrient-less
22:14
foods or quote-unquote foods that aren't
22:17
even really foods
22:18
and then we're slamming them down to the
22:20
death saying you know
22:22
pay attention to a squared plus b
22:23
squared equals c squared now a squared
22:25
plus b squared equals c squared is
22:27
important
22:28
so don't get it twisted don't that's
22:30
very important as well
22:31
but isn't it important to know how to
22:33
take care of yourself
22:34
how to pay your taxes how to be a a a
22:38
member of society
22:40
and and that's where i think we're a
22:41
little bit backwards i think our our
22:43
priorities are
22:44
are a little bit skewed on that but you
22:47
know as best as we can we got to take
22:48
accountability given
22:50
you know a lot of constraints that we
22:52
have you know we got kids we have bills
22:54
we have
22:54
two jobs three jobs we have no jobs
22:57
we've got variables
22:59
yeah there's so many things so again
23:01
it's easy for us to sit back and say
23:03
yes we're too dependent on medicine
23:04
we're unhealthy we're an obese society
23:07
yeah okay so how can we help each other
23:10
all right that's what i'm saying i'm
23:12
doing that and you and you're waving 10
23:14
nuggets for a dollar in my face with
23:16
some sauce
23:17
it's like yo if i'm on the budget
23:20
i'm gonna get that
23:34
in a different position than most i'm
23:36
very fortunate so how can we help people
23:39
that are less fortunate
23:40
that's that's what society is supposed
23:42
to be about how can we lift each other
23:44
up because
23:45
it's going to lift everybody up it's
23:47
going to lift the top up it's going to
23:48
lift the bottom up we just got to start
23:50
being more cognizant but again
23:51
i will say that it does take
23:53
responsibility you have to take
23:54
responsibility as best as you can
23:56
there are obviously external factors
23:58
that make it very difficult
24:00
and sometimes impossible but not always
24:02
not always and i don't want people to
24:04
look at what i'm saying as an excuse
24:05
by any means noah let's do this um
24:08
because i want to get i got a line i got
24:11
a bunch of callers
24:13
so this is just let me let me run the
24:15
play real quick we all in the huddle
24:17
okay
24:20
all right i'ma quarterback this thing
24:22
right here hb you know you know what you
24:23
do you go long and wide
24:24
tracy g you're gonna go up the middle
24:26
yup all right
24:28
okay so noah these people gonna ask
24:30
quick questions to the citizens good
24:32
questions
24:33
and noah i want you to give uh a brief
24:36
answer
24:37
but enough where they where they where
24:40
they could get some food out of it but
24:41
also them direct them to you
24:43
to find out
24:54
who said that somebody said that tracy
24:56
you said that
24:57
all right
25:01
[Laughter]
25:08
this radio show so it's all good don't
25:10
worry about it
25:22
it's amazing though all right so it's
25:24
amazing vicky's on the line victoria
25:26
from boston vicky
25:28
hey hey hey hey how's everybody um
25:33
i just wanted to say um thank you so
25:35
much for uh
25:36
letting me know about from but i've
25:38
never heard of it before
25:40
um and the question i had is
25:43
um you mentioned something about social
25:46
like social well you didn't mention
25:48
social media but i think you were saying
25:49
we like to show the uh results
25:53
we don't show process really with
25:55
working out
25:56
we don't show the struggle we don't show
25:58
maybe busting
25:59
you know you know what you know trying
26:01
to do a certain move
26:03
certain workout what if we could try to
26:06
kind of change
26:07
the algorithm of social media
26:10
always kind of showing us at our
26:13
best and some of us even faking it
26:15
really um
26:17
and actually showing a little bit of
26:19
struggle wouldn't that kind of humanize
26:22
social media a lot more because everyone
26:23
wants to
26:25
reduce themselves into hashtags and do
26:27
things like that
26:29
and then when you go to someone's page
26:31
psychologically i think it's been proven
26:33
it kind of is
26:35
hurtful because it doesn't really show
26:36
us going through a process
26:39
you said yourself this didn't take
26:40
overnight to get to where you are
26:43
you know what i mean and i think
26:44
unfortunately what we may have done
26:47
with millennials and the generation
26:50
after them
26:51
is everybody is about immediate
26:53
gratification
26:54
and that's not what self elevation
26:58
and self evolution is about
27:01
you want to come in on that would you
27:02
suggest we can do i mean should we start
27:06
showing you know like imagery or
27:08
pictures of us
27:10
i mean i know women sometimes do with no
27:12
makeup and all this and you know that's
27:13
even
27:14
i think helpful but i'm just thinking
27:16
from a physical fitness standpoint
27:18
wouldn't that be maybe a move towards
27:23
you know a more positive um
27:26
psychological effect
27:28
yes honestly honestly i think you know
27:30
the
27:31
as as powerful as social media is these
27:33
hashtag fits though
27:35
and fitspiration stuff not all of it
27:37
because there's some really good
27:39
good uh ones out there that really do
27:41
understand
27:42
there it has been a little bit bad a lot
27:46
a lot bit it has been backwards because
27:49
what happens
27:50
is people crave this dopamine hit and i
27:52
you know everyone
27:53
you get those likes you get that
27:54
dopamine hit you get those comments you
27:56
get that dopamine hit
27:57
so the algorithm it really is set on on
28:01
ig and these social media accounts
28:02
to reinforce you know the prettiest
28:06
the fastest the coolest videos the
28:08
lambos over the hondas and it's it's
28:10
it's really done ourselves a disservice
28:12
because that's a small microcosm and
28:14
that's really not what it's about
28:16
but when you get that amplified on
28:18
social media to millions of people
28:20
you know you have these kids growing up
28:22
that if they don't look that way
28:24
right now if they don't if they don't
28:27
have that perceived
28:28
happiness right now if they don't have
28:30
that car right now if they don't have
28:32
those followers right now
28:33
it puts them in a depressive spiral
28:35
which when you have depression i'll
28:37
speak firsthand on this
28:38
everything you need to do to get out of
28:40
that depressive state your body fights
28:42
against
28:42
so when you need to go out when you need
28:44
to engage with some uh with
28:46
the community and your friends and when
28:48
you need to you know do the things have
28:50
that have the energy
28:51
to go out and and out of like you said
28:53
elevate yourself
28:55
and to to progress yourself depression
28:58
brings you back
28:58
so we're creating a lot of problems with
29:01
this in social media
29:02
so i would implore people with
29:04
followings and people without following
29:06
people
29:07
you know with their small group of 10
29:08
friends that follow them be
29:10
real because that can recondition
29:12
everything don't chase those likes
29:14
chase what's real because these have big
29:16
ramifications these posts have
29:19
massive ramifications we are not
29:21
supposed to have
29:22
this much exposure we are not supposed
29:24
to just it's against human nature so
29:26
yeah i implore my my especially my
29:28
fitness but everyone
29:29
just be more real online and don't like
29:32
i said don't
29:32
don't run away from the struggle and
29:34
posting about it and if you're sad
29:36
post about it i i think bieber jb has
29:39
done a great job
29:40
in talking about depression and anxiety
29:42
with this platform
29:43
and i implore everyone to just just be
29:46
people
29:46
just be ready
29:50
hey victoria um and follow go to
29:53
instagram
29:54
and follow do you rumble okay follow
29:56
that and you're a citizen victoria
29:58
thanks for your time
29:58
in the morning all right z in ohio i'm
30:01
gonna try this again guys
30:03
quick question
30:27
did you see that did you see the eyes
30:29
when benjamin freestyle after shia
30:32
all right oh i didn't i gotta look now
30:33
oh so good
30:36
you get to you get no you get to
30:38
discover something new that was always
30:40
there that you didn't know what's there
30:45
that's like watching the part of the
30:46
movie you never saw you know
30:48
it is so so go check that ashwin
30:50
benjamin he got a new album coming out
30:52
thursday tuesday
30:53
okay so uh i love that that was seamless
30:57
i love you you saw that
30:58
okay i took an eight-year-old
31:02
[ __ ] youtube clip and made it
31:03
relevant oh that's why you're the master
31:05
i died
31:06
sir geez don't battle me bro
31:11
okay thank you man hey we got z on the
31:13
line from ohio z
31:15
graham hi rising can you guys hear me
31:19
absolutely yes all right good morning
31:22
everybody yes this is xiao from the
31:24
cleveland ohio
31:25
area and i literally just got on my
31:27
phone this morning to get some
31:29
hb and sway in the morning motivation
31:31
and instead
31:32
you guys also blessed me with noah's and
31:35
his jewels
31:35
when he was speaking about being real
31:37
and authentic and choosing your heart
31:39
that just resonated with me my quick
31:41
question is
31:42
um as of yesterday i started the 30-day
31:44
smoothie detox
31:46
challenge where i'm replacing one smooth
31:48
one meal for a smoothie this week
31:50
two meals next week and then all meals
31:52
will be smoothies for the
31:54
third and fourth week are there any
31:56
supplements or vitamins that i can also
31:58
use in the middle of the transition
32:00
to the smoothie detox yeah
32:03
so supplements are exactly that they're
32:06
supposed to supplement healthy meals so
32:08
make sure your smoothies
32:09
and again hp talked about how not all
32:11
smoothies not all juices are created
32:13
equal
32:14
make sure you're getting the most
32:15
nutrients you can in your smoothies make
32:17
sure
32:18
you're you're not just um you know
32:20
throwing in the the
32:22
protein powders where you're not really
32:23
absorbing what's on the nutrition label
32:24
so be very mindful especially as you try
32:26
to
32:28
change your diet so drastically um
32:31
just be very mindful that you're getting
32:32
the right smoothie so you're getting
32:34
enough
32:35
calories in and you're getting enough
32:36
nutrients but yeah i mean
32:38
you know there's i'm not gonna give any
32:40
brands but like daily multivitamins are
32:42
great
32:42
but again the the majority of your
32:45
vitamins and minerals
32:47
should come from your food sources not
32:49
you can you can definitely supplement
32:51
you know i love vitamin d i love b12 my
32:54
b vitamins
32:55
i pick an amino acid complex i use vital
32:58
proteins i do collagen supplements
33:00
so there's definitely things that you
33:02
can supplement but all i'm going to say
33:04
is please make sure
33:05
that you're eating enough i don't want
33:06
you running around ohio hangry
33:08
um i want you to you know to be healthy
33:11
um because you're making a drastic
33:13
change and it's going to be tough
33:14
so definitely make sure i would say over
33:16
the vitamins
33:17
and you can definitely supplement make
33:19
sure your your smoothies are
33:20
packed with you know good fats good
33:23
proteins and
33:24
and really good sources of nutrients
33:27
there you go
33:27
hey z you're a citizen z i love what
33:30
you're doing
33:31
okay we're in your corner z um
33:34
absolutely uh let me take one more
33:35
i'm gonna let tracy um jump in um and
33:38
you were just talking about food and i
33:39
thought this question would be very
33:41
appropriate arya is on the line
33:43
from pennsylvania grand rises are you
33:45
hey arya
33:46
spa hey this is ariana from pennsylvania
33:50
i actually um just wanted to say i
33:51
appreciate
33:52
everything that uh you're saying as far
33:54
as food goes food is so important and
33:56
what goes in us
33:57
really does come out in more way than
33:58
one it goes in our energy
34:00
it goes into what we give to other
34:01
people um and that being said i just
34:04
want to
34:04
let everybody know about a food is free
34:07
program it's an international program
34:09
you can look up your chapter locally on
34:11
facebook where people are growing their
34:13
own gardens even in urban communities
34:15
and sharing their food with each other
34:17
so
34:17
when it comes to affordability for
34:19
people it's an opportunity for you to
34:21
have fresh beautiful produce and
34:23
get to know your neighbors and spread
34:24
the truth of health and wellness with
34:26
each other so
34:28
i appreciate what you're doing and i
34:29
want everyone to be able to have that
34:30
accessibility to that too
34:32
ariana do you work with this initiative
34:35
i do not i actually just started a
34:36
chapter in uh in my area of pennsylvania
34:39
you can easily look up your chapter on
34:41
facebook
34:41
i just really um i preach the gospel of
34:44
it because it's important
34:45
and for people who do have struggle to
34:47
be able to afford food or
34:48
even don't have the space to grow it
34:50
there's opportunity for you to get your
34:52
hand on
34:52
rich nutrients and produce and fruits
34:55
and vegetables and feed your family with
34:57
it so there's people out there who want
34:58
to help and
34:59
people want to teach you how to grow too
35:02
absolutely
35:03
love that i love that um i took your
35:05
number down i'm gonna reach out to you
35:07
uh i'm up yeah and alex i'm up just
35:10
briefly i'm a part of a
35:11
initiative to bring uh fresh food into
35:15
the neighborhoods into disenfranchised
35:17
neighborhoods i want to talk to you
35:18
about it
35:19
because we're going to be providing
35:20
neighborhoods with resources and so i'm
35:22
going to take the number down you'll
35:24
you'll probably get a text from me the
35:25
next week or so okay
35:27
that sounds great i'd love to help and
35:29
we want to get more nutrients to more
35:30
people so that sounds good
35:32
all right ariana you're a super citizen
35:34
come on you already know what you're
35:36
doing
35:37
come on you feeding them from the garden
35:39
of eden ariana i see what you doing
35:41
come on
35:50
[Music]
35:53
all right
36:00
[Applause]
36:14
[Applause]
36:24
i'm a fellow um sweat enthusiast just
36:26
like you noah and i'm curious to know
36:28
your thoughts as
36:29
everyone not everyone but i've never
36:32
seen another point in history where so
36:34
many people have been more health
36:37
conscious have been about their fitness
36:39
game and of course
36:40
that brings a lot new business i'm not
36:43
gonna
36:43
mention the new studios and apps and
36:46
products that i've seen especially
36:47
during quarantine
36:48
but for you as a business owner
36:52
do you see this as great wow
36:55
um my community society at large is
36:57
making health a priority
36:59
or do you see it and it could be
37:02
additionally as a bit of a frustration
37:05
because as a business owner you got to
37:07
look at
37:08
how do i compete now with a more crowded
37:11
arena i think it's incredible i think
37:14
that competition um
37:15
really forces you to be very
37:18
introspective
37:19
as a business owner and continuously
37:21
elevate your own service your own
37:23
product your own business
37:25
um you know if you're out there and
37:28
you know you say you're a football team
37:30
so you're the steelers and you're going
37:31
through the season and you're not really
37:33
pressed
37:34
um the moment you do hit that pressure
37:36
you know you you have a tendency to fold
37:38
and
37:39
you lose a game and then you lose
37:40
another game and um
37:42
that's the thing with with business as
37:44
well we we need that competition we need
37:47
it to keep us honest so
37:48
you're going to see a lot anytime
37:50
there's a necessity anytime there's a
37:52
public need for something
37:53
you're going to see a ton of smart
37:56
entrepreneurs
37:57
who are focused and who are hungry who
38:00
are going to try to claim a piece of
38:01
that marketplace
38:02
and i personally believe and i know my
38:05
partners will agree
38:06
that isn't incredible for us because not
38:09
only are you increasing the marketplace
38:10
we want these people to be good
38:12
because i want somebody to hit that app
38:14
and have a great experience and then
38:16
they learn about us and they have a
38:18
great experience and
38:19
and we're so unique in our presentation
38:22
and we're so
38:23
um confident in what we can provide and
38:26
bring to the table with rumble
38:28
with rumble tv with rumble on demand
38:30
coming out with our partnership with
38:32
equinox and the varasat um that we
38:35
welcome any and all competition and it
38:38
forces us like i said
38:39
to be a better company and i like that
38:42
and i and i
38:43
it literally pains me when i hear about
38:46
studios shutting down because of the uh
38:48
because of the pandemic and shuttering
38:50
their doors
38:51
because that's not good for anybody um
38:54
so now competition is great in business
38:56
and and i think it uh
38:58
it's it's one of those things that
39:00
really forces you
39:02
to keep your north star to keep your
39:04
your compass
39:05
um and and be true to yourself as a as a
39:08
business and as a brand
39:10
man that's a big round of applause man
