US, Los Angeles: Van Nuys Pedestrian Killed in Hit-and-Run Collision.

Los Angeles, United States - May 05, 2026 05/04/2026 10:20 pm GMT-0700 VAN NUYS, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – A hit-and-run traffic collision involving a pedestrian occurred at the intersection of Sepulveda Boulevard and Sherman Way. A white four-door BMW was last seen heading eastbound from the scene. The Los Angeles Fire Department pronounced the victim dead at the scene. According to initial unconfirmed information gathered at the scene, authorities have closed off the surrounding area during the investigation.
