Spain: Firefighters battle forest fire in southern Spain.

The fire broke out in Huelva province, where emergency teams were deployed to support efforts to bring the flames under control. The unit said its personnel were continuing operations in the affected area as firefighting work remained underway. Spain has recently battled major wildfires across the Madrid region and the provinces of Ávila, Toledo, Castellón and Almería. Thousands of residents were evacuated from areas threatened by the flames, while they were later allowed to return home after the fires were brought under control.
