Coast Guard Station Pampanga personnel carried out the operation with other Coast Guard units and the Apalit Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, transporting the woman to an evacuation center in Barangay Sulipan. She was handed over to evacuation center personnel for medical attention, monitoring and further care.
