The airline said it had secured a 350 million euro debtor-in-possession financing commitment to support operations during the restructuring process. It added that flights and daily operations would continue as planned, with tickets and reservations remaining valid. The filing came a day before a key meeting where holders of 380 million euros in bonds were expected to vote on an alternative interim financing proposal. The Latvian state owns 88.4% of airBaltic, while Lufthansa acquired a 10% stake last year.
