Lebanon: IDF Says Underground Hezbollah Weapons Site Hit in Beqaa.

Lebanon - May 23, 2026 The Israeli military said it carried out overnight strikes on Hezbollah infrastructure in Lebanon, including an underground weapons production site in the Beqaa region. The IDF said the facility was used to manufacture weapons intended for attacks against Israeli civilians and troops operating in southern Lebanon. Additional Hezbollah-linked infrastructure was also struck in the Tyre area, where the military said operatives had planned attacks against Israeli forces. The IDF said advance warnings, aerial surveillance and precision munitions were used to reduce civilian harm.
