Lebanon: Israeli Givati Brigade Says It Killed Armed Hezbollah Fighters and Seized Weapons.

Lebanon - May 03, 2026 Israeli Givati Brigade forces, operating under Division 91, continued operations in southern Lebanon aimed at reducing threats near Israeli positions. The IDF said troops identified and killed two armed Hezbollah fighters who were operating close to the brigade’s forces. Over the past day, soldiers also found dozens of weapons and combat items, including Kalashnikov rifles, a machine gun, anti-tank missiles, magazines and other military equipment. Hezbollah also reportedly launched several rockets overnight toward Israeli troops, while suspicious aerial targets were detected in the area. The Israeli military said no soldiers were injured.
