Lebanon - May 20, 2026 The Israeli military said forces from the Multidimensional Unit identified and struck a Hezbollah surveillance device in southern Lebanon that had been placed inside a civilian building. According to the IDF, the equipment was used to monitor Israeli troops and support attacks against them. In a separate strike, the unit killed a Hezbollah operative working from a weapons storage site, where secondary explosions were later seen, indicating the presence of stored munitions.
