Erbil, Iraq - July 02, 2026 Iran carried out missile and drone strikes targeting positions of the Kurdish opposition group Komala in northeastern Erbil in neighbouring Iraq, according to local media reports. A senior Komala commander told media that no casualties were reported in the attack.
