On June 20, 2026, in Kunming, Yunnan, the video captured a strange patch of rainfall appearing directly above the tactile paving on a city street. Water could be seen falling onto one small area of the blind path, while the nearby pavement and road remained unaffected. According to the filmer, the rainfall covered less than three square metres, creating a sharp contrast between the wet patch on the blind path and the dry ground just beside it. The video ended with the localised downpour continuing to fall on the same small spot, while the surrounding street still appeared dry.
