Spanning the Qinglongmen Channel at the Ningbo-Zhoushan Port, the bridge stretched a length of 2,212 meters, featuring three towers and two main spans, each measuring 756 meters long. It is one of the two primary bridges of the Phase II project of the Liuheng Highway Bridge at Ningbo-Zhoushan Port. Stretching 18.78 kilometers, the Phase II project connects Liuheng Island, Fodu Island and Meishan Island in Zhejiang Province. Scheduled to open to traffic by the end of 2027, the project will slash travel time between the three islands from a two-hour ferry ride to a 20-minute drive, boosting the local transport efficiency by about 75 percent.
