Although the driver had fainted, his foot reportedly remained on the accelerator, causing the vehicle to continue moving forward uncontrollably. The footage showed a woman driving the car in front quickly reacting to the danger by using her own vehicle to stop the uncontrolled car from moving further and potentially causing a crash. Moments later, several bystanders rushed over to help after realizing the driver inside was unresponsive. A passing man then picked up a tool and smashed the car window without hesitation while others gathered around to assist in rescuing the trapped driver.
