20-minute dinner for 23 days. Ginger
0:47
glazed chicken. Season the chicken with
0:49
salt and pepper. Coat the chicken with a
0:51
thin layer of cornstarch. The sauce is
0:53
super easy. Soy sauce, honey, drained
0:56
ginger, and garlic. Mix together. Pan
0:58
fry the chicken for 4 minutes on each
1:00
side. Remove and set aside. Drizzle in
1:03
the sauce. Let it simmer for 30 seconds.
1:05
Add back in the chicken and let it cook
1:07
for another 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
1:09
Look at that.

1:51
30 minute dinner series. We're making
1:52
creamy Cajun chicken meatballs. The
1:54
great thing about this recipe is that
1:55
you can actually meal prep the meatballs
1:57
during the weekend and defrost them and
1:58
cook them anytime during the week. So,
1:59
it saves a bunch of time in that regard
2:01
as well. But to begin, I'm just adding
2:02
all of my ingredients as well as my
2:04
seasonings to my ground chicken. And I'm
2:06
going to form my meatballs. You should
2:07
be able to get about 28 out of this
2:08
recipe. Then we're going to pop them in
2:10
a 400°ree oven for about 18 minutes and
2:12
then get started on our sauce. So when
2:13
our meatballs are done, our sauce should
2:15
be done as well, which is perfect. In a
2:16
saucepan with a little bit of olive oil
2:18
and butter, we're going to saute our
2:19
onion and our garlic for about 3
2:20
minutes. Then we're going to throw in
2:22
our cherry tomatoes as well as our fresh
2:23
basil and cook that for about 3 minutes
2:25
as well. Add in your chicken broth and
2:26
we're going to bring that to a simmer.
2:27
And then we're going to pour in our
2:28
heavy cream and bring that to a light
2:29
bubble. Mix everything together. Make
2:31
sure everything is nice and
2:32
incorporated. And then we're going to
2:33
add in our seasonings. We're adding
2:34
salt, black pepper, cajun, white pepper,
2:36
as well as garlic powder and onion
2:38
powder. Stir it up until incorporated.
2:39
And then we're going to add our freshly
2:40
grated parmesan. And make sure that's
2:42
nice and melted. Bring it to a light
2:43
bubble again. And we're going to add in
2:45
our spinach. And then once that's nice
2:47
and welted down, we're going to add in
2:48
our meatballs. Now, there's a bunch of
2:50
different ways that you can serve this.
2:51
I served mine on top of mashed potatoes,
2:52
but you can serve it on top of rice. You
2:54
can make it into a pasta, or you can
2:55
just serve it with a side salad if you'd
2:57
like. But you're done. I love a good
2:59
bowl of ramen noodles. And these
3:01
20-minute Thai red curry ramen noodles
3:03
with a little bit of cherry garlic oil
3:05
are so delicious. And obviously they're
3:07
easy cuz they take 20 minutes. So you
3:09
make a quick oil. You get some herbs.
3:10
Get a little bit of ginger. Pour the oil
3:12
over those fresh herbs. And then you
3:14
want to boil off some ramen noodles. I
3:16
love to use the brown rice ramen
3:18
noodles. Add a little soy sauce to the
3:19
mix. Toss it all together. And then I
3:21
serve it off with green onions on top.
3:22
They're so good. You guys are going to
3:24
love them
3:35
until I switch to the other side. To the
3:37
other side.

3:45
Butter chicken and homemade naan. My
3:47
little sister and her baby came over and
3:49
she wanted me to make this for them.
3:51
Everybody cleaned their plates. There
3:52
were no leftovers. This is how I made
3:55
it. I diced up some chicken thighs. I'm
3:57
adding plain Greek yogurt, garlic paste,
3:59
ginger paste, turmeric, garam masala,
4:02
chili powder, and a little bit of lemon
4:03
juice. Let this marinate. And now we're
4:05
going to start on our dough for the
4:06
naan. Mixing warm water with yeast and
4:09
sugar. Let this sit for 10 minutes. And
4:10
then you can add flour, baking soda,
4:13
baking powder, olive oil, a little bit
4:15
of Greek yogurt. Mix this well. And then
4:17
we're going to let this rise for an hour
4:19
and a half. In the meantime, I'm melting
4:21
some ghee in a pan. I'm going to cook my
4:23
chicken. Once it is fully cooked, I'm
4:25
going to remove this chicken from the
4:27
pan. And then I'm going to start making
4:29
my sauce. I'm adding more ghee, diced
4:31
red onion, garlic paste, ginger paste, a
4:34
can of diced tomatoes, tomato paste,
4:36
heavy cream, the same spices, and some
4:39
cashews. Let this simmer, and then I'm
4:41
going to add it to my blender and blend
4:42
until smooth. Once blended, you can re
4:46
add your chicken. I'm adding heavy cream
4:48
and cilantro for garnish. After you've
4:50
let your dough rise, you can section it
4:52
out and cook in an ungreased pan. Try
4:55
this out, guys. Let me know what you
4:56
think.
4:57
Make this mac and cheese with me. Now,
5:00
if you can find what's called elbow
5:02
macaroni. I have searched everywhere for
5:05
elbow macaroni, and I think it would
5:08
actually look better than this.
5:11
Some water. A little bit of salt.
5:16
The pasta's cooked and it's just been
5:18
drained. Now we can move on to the
5:20
sauce. I've just got some salted butter
5:22
and let that melt.
5:26
So, while that butter is melting, I'm
5:27
just going to add some garlic granules.
5:29
You can use garlic granules or um fresh
5:32
garlic. That's completely up to you. Put
5:35
a dash of corn flour in. And you can
5:39
actually use normal flour for this as
5:41
well.
5:44
A good stir in.
5:46
I've just got this double cream from
5:48
Aldi. I'm just going to pop some of this
5:50
in.
5:54
You can use double cream or heavy cream.
5:58
Just keep stirring that black pepper.
6:02
Some people add hot sauce at this point
6:04
as well, but I'm not going to do that.
6:06
I'm going to pop that on the side. And
6:08
then I'm just adding a bit of paprika.
6:10
Going to add some pasta water
6:13
somehow.
6:16
Add some soft cheese. This is from Aldi
6:19
as well. I'm pretty sure this was like
6:23
79p and it's the same price for full fat
6:26
and it's the same price for non full
6:29
fat. Um, we were actually using the full
6:32
fat one today.
6:36
You really got to mix that soft cheese
6:38
in to make sure it's all melted down. We
6:41
don't want any lumps. Cheese of choice
6:43
is mature cheddar again from Aldi. I've
6:46
just got the red one. Quite like the
6:48
color. And just some grated mozzarella.
6:50
Add whatever cheese you want to pop in.
6:58
You just mix that in and let it all
7:00
melt.
7:02
Our
7:04
pasta.
7:11
Make sure it's all covered. I mean, some
7:14
people actually like to eat it like this
7:16
now at this point, but I I actually like
7:20
it with a bit more of a baked cheese
7:22
crust. I just transfer it into this
7:25
little bacon Pyrex thing. It can bake.
7:35
Little bit more cheese over the top just
7:37
to kind of give it that little cheese
7:40
cheese crust I like to call it. And then
7:44
this one. See, we've got two mac and
7:46
cheese out of that. And I can freeze
7:47
some. It's quite good actually. Just pop
7:50
that in the oven. I think I'm going to
7:51
let that go in for about 10 to 15
7:53
minutes. And here they are.
7:59
When I was writing my cookbook, I knew
8:01
this was one recipe that had to be in
8:02
it, which is my mom's spaghetti bake,
8:04
which we've been eating for as long as I
8:06
can remember. Like, growing up, I did
8:08
not want to go to a restaurant for my
8:09
birthday. I would always request this.
8:11
To a pan, you're going to brown up one
8:12
pound of ground beef, and then drain any
8:14
grease with whatever method that you
8:16
choose. Then, you're going to add 1 8 oz
8:18
can of tomato sauce, a half a cup of
8:20
water, and one package of spaghetti
8:22
sauce mix. And once that's all combined,
8:24
you're going to switch the heat to low.
8:26
And you're just going to let this simmer
8:27
for 20 minutes, stirring frequently. And
8:30
while that's simmering, you can cook
8:31
your pasta. You're going to break a half
8:32
a pound of spaghetti into thirds and
8:34
cook according to the package. Then
8:36
drain and set aside. Then to another
8:38
pot, you're going to add in 2 Tbsp of
8:40
butter. Once it's melted, you're going
8:41
to whisk in 2 Tbsp of flour and cook for
8:44
2 minutes. Then you're going to
8:46
gradually add in 1 cup of evaporated
8:48
milk and 1/2 a cup of water. Next, just
8:51
switch the heat to low and gradually add
8:53
in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and
8:55
1/4 a cup of grated Parmesan cheese. And
8:58
just cook until all the cheese is
8:59
melted. And to assemble in a 9 by13
9:02
casserole dish, you're going to add in
9:03
half of the spaghetti, half of the meat
9:05
mixture, all of the cheese sauce
9:06
mixture, the rest of the spaghetti, and
9:09
then the rest of the meat mixture. And
9:11
to finish it off, you're going to top
9:12
with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
9:14
Then this goes in a 375°ree oven for 20
9:17
minutes. And like I said, this was a
9:20
staple growing up in our house. And if
9:21
you enjoyed this recipe, I have a lot
9:23
more easy recipes in my cookbook that is

11:24
don't feel like cooking dinner tonight,
11:25
but you're responsible for dinner in
11:27
your household. Same and same. But don't
11:29
worry, I've got you covered. This is so
11:30
easy to make. We're going to make some
11:32
buffalo chicken wraps. Cook your chicken
11:34
in some buffalo sauce according to the
11:36
back of the package of your chicken.
11:37
When it's done, you want to cut it up
11:39
into bite-sized pieces. Heat up your
11:41
tortilla and then add your buffalo
11:43
chicken and whatever toppings you want.
11:44
I did some shredded cheddar cheese, some
11:47
ranch, of course, lettuce, and then some
11:50
tomatoes.
11:53
This was so easy to make and perfect for
11:55
those nights when you really don't feel
11:56
like cooking. And let's be honest, who
11:58
doesn't like a buffalo chicken wrap? I
12:00
hope you guys enjoy this and make sure

12:02
recipes.
