You can easily categorize the stuff that you carry or organize in your work tote bag in two different categories

One would be tech related and another one would be personal items

An easy way to actually organize them are to compartmentalize them. Now, for example, if you have small chargers, power banks, AirPods, or, you know, headphones, earphones, you can actually put them in a compartment in a smaller bag

Like I have this small bag where I have my power bank, I have my charging cable, and I also have my AirPods in it that I know where to find

and I'm just going to throw it in in my tote bag and I know that because it is in a contrasting
