Ingredients
1 wholemeal wrap
30g peanut butter
20g protein spread plus some for garnish
1 banana - sliced
3 strawberries - sliced
Raspberries and blueberries for garnish
Method
Spread the peanut butter, chocolate spread, banana and strawberries on one side of the wrap.
Fold over to cover the fillings and cook in medium-heat pan until toasted on both sides.
Cut into slices, stack and garnish with more berries and melted spread.
