Hidden Desert Lagoon Hike Into Seven Springs

This is a hike out to a hidden desert lagoon in the Sonoran Desert north of Phoenix. We head out past Tonto Hills on our way to Seven Springs. We stop at the golf ball look out point and get a nice 360 degree view all around. From there you can see Horseshoe Lake and Bartlett Lake. We then head out to 7 Springs where we start the hike along the Skull Mesa trail head. About 2 hours into the hike you will come to the desert lagoon oasis. #Hike #Arizona #Phoenix Living in Arizona is quite a unique experience because of the vastness that the state offers. From the Sonoran Desert in the south to the high country in the north all the way up towards the Four Corners east and the Grand Canyon in the west. Known as the Grand Canyon state, Arizona is diverse in many ways. The state tree is the Palo Verde, the state cactus is the Saguaro, the state bird is the Cactus wren.
