Freezer Banking Bread Dough // Doughvember // Jeni Gough
Bread dough
1/2 cup warm water
1 1/2 tsp instant yeast
1 cup beer
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tbp sugar
1tbsp dry malt
3 1/2 cups all purpose or bread flour
1/2 cup mix ins
Rise 1 1/2 hours
Form loaves
Freeze or proof 1 hour
bake at 400 degrees 10 - 15 minutes
