Speaking Part 3 common question structures

In this episode, we speak with ex-IELTS examiner Rob about common question structures and types in part 3 of the speaking test. There is no one way to prepare for the IELTS Speaking Test. Some recommend going through practice cue cards –especially useful for part 2 – and going through model answers. Others might say that you must learn through reading or videos or whatever, as many of the IELTS topics as you can …that’s a lot of topics! This is all good advice, but there’s another important step you can take. One thing we have mentioned more than once has been the fact that IELTS questions follow similar guidelines. What they want you to DO with the language is the same, meaning that the structure of the questions is the same. Only the content and the topic will be different.
