Prince Andrew Leaves The Royal Lodge Amid Epstein Files Release...
Feb 6, 2026
The former Prince Andrew has moved out of the Royal Lodge in Windsor, following the latest Epstein files release.
He was relocated to a cottage on the Sandringham estate in Norfolk, abandoning the Georgian mansion he occupied for decades.
The files, which were released by the US Department of Justice, have reignited scrutiny over Andrew's ties to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
Buckingham Palace announced in October that Andrew would be moving out of the Royal Lodge in early 2026, but his renewed connection to Epstein has sped up the process.
New images within the files show Andrew on all fours, leaning over a woman whose face has been blurred out.
Andrew’s brother, King Charles, stripped him of his royal titles in November 2025, citing "serious lapses in judgment" regarding his association with Epstein.
Andrew has consistently denied any wrongdoing, despite the files reportedly containing emails showing he maintained contact with Epstein for over two years after his 2008 conviction.
