Nori seaweed sheets
Fillings (choose from):
Thinly sliced vegetables (cucumber, avocado, carrot, bell pepper)
Thin strips of tofu or tempeh (lightly sautéed or marinated)
Pickled vegetables (radish, cabbage, or ginger)
Vegan cream cheese or vegan mayo (optional)
Sesame seeds, for garnish
