Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie 🌹 Ingredients: 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced 1 banana 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt 1/2 cup almond milk or any milk of your choice 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness) Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie) Instructions: Prepare the Ingredients: If using fresh strawberries, hull them. Peel and slice the kiwis. Peel and chop the banana. Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the strawberries, sliced kiwis, banana, Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt, almond milk or your preferred milk, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
