Horchata Recipe 🍹 Ingredients: 1 cup long-grain white rice 5 cups water 1 cinnamon stick (or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon) 1/2 cup milk (whole milk or almond milk for a dairy-free option) 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Ground cinnamon, for garnish (optional) Instructions: Rinse and Soak the Rice: Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. In a bowl, combine the rinsed rice with 2 cups of water and the cinnamon stick. Cover and let it soak at room temperature for at least 3 hours, or preferably overnight in the refrigerator. Blend the Rice Mixture: After soaking, transfer the rice mixture (including the cinnamon stick) into a blender. Blend on high speed until the rice is finely ground and the mixture looks smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Strain the Rice Paste:
