Flamin' Hot Cheetos Salad Ingredients: 4 cups chopped Romaine lettuce (or any lettuce of your choice) 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1/2 cup diced cucumber 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced 1/2 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned) 1 cup Flamin' Hot Cheetos, crushed 1/4 cup vegan sour cream or regular sour cream 1/4 cup vegan mayo or regular mayo 1 tbsp lime juice 1 tsp chili powder (optional, for extra heat) Salt and pepper, to taste Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional) Instructions: Prepare the vegetables: In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, red onion, and corn kernels. Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the vegan sour cream (or regular sour cream), vegan mayo (or regular mayo), lime juice, and chili powder. Add salt and pepper to taste. If you like extra heat, you can add more chili powder or even a dash of hot sauce.
