Chia Seed Pudding with Fresh Berries 🌹
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk or any plant-based milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave nectar (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) for topping
Instructions:
Mix Chia Seeds and Milk:
In a bowl or jar, combine the chia seeds, almond milk (or any plant-based milk), maple syrup (or agave nectar), and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
Let it Set:
Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight. Stir or shake occasionally during the first hour to prevent clumping.
