Ingredients for 2 servings:ā£
320g chicken mini filletsā£
1 green pepperā£
1 small sweet red pepper (or a dash of chilli pepper)ā£
1 tbsp sesame oilā£
1 tbsp cornflour ā£
1 tsp each of: Chinese 5 spices, black pepper, salt
ā£
Instructions:ā£
Chop the chicken into cubes, roughly of the same size so they will cook more evenly.ā£
Add the chicken to a bowl with all the spices and the cornflour. The cornflour will add a little bit of crisp to it. Mix well. ā£
In a pan add the sesame oil and wait until it starts bubbling a bit, so you know itās hot. Now add the chicken.ā£
