ClickUp vs Monday.com Detailed Review of Features, Complaints & Support

Hey, everybody. Welcome into this new video. So I've been digging. I've been trying to

research, make some research and try to find out which is like the best task matter that

can be helping us to manage our projects, our daily task and all that. So I've been

digging a lot. So in this video, we're going to make a quick comparison between the Monday

application on the ClickUp application. So first of all, what I can do is that I'm not

suggesting you which one is the best. I'm just telling you which one fits for my necessities

the best. Since this is a comparison of the template, since we are going to be comparing

like prices, the settings, the spaces, the integrations and applications that are inside

this platforms, you're totally free to use one of those, both of them or even something

else that's not into this tutorial. The first thing that I just try to compare into this

two platforms are the prices in here. So for example, if you sign up totally for free and

in both platforms, you're going to get 15 days totally for free trial of like, let's

say like the pro version, the full comparison of all the features the platforms has to offer

to us. So in this case, so in that case, it's just like the same thing. But speaking

about the prices in here, for example, here, the prices are from $5, like the most, the

most cheapest one. And in here, it appears a different number, it appears as MXN. So

that means Mexican peso, because I'm currently into Latin America. So that means the price

is determined by the user's billing country. Here in ClickUp, actually, it was really easy

to change my current prices, my current prices from MXN into dollars. So in here, I don't

have that thing available. But what I can do real quick is to try to open my calculator

and try to figure it out how much is into dollars. And that means $8 per month. This

plus version includes free viewers, 200 templates, more than 200 templates, obviously the applications

the full API access, and Kanban view, I'm not pretty sure what is that. But in here

for example, let's say that this plan, actually, the applications are, we know that it's totally

for free in the current free version. So I'm not pretty sure why they have to fit that

in here. And here into the ClickUp, if I'm using the unlimited, like the most cheapest

option, here have the unlimited storage, Agile reporting, Google Drive, SharePoint, unlimited

custom fields, they have goals and portfolios, have permissions, future recurring unlimited

things, delegate, more guests per member, and a lot of automations per month. So obviously

speaking about prices and what features the best options, I think ClickUp might be gaining

this round. Here's the prices accessible. There are a bunch of things that we can use

only for $5 a month. And in ClickUp, you're paying just a little bit more than half of

the price. So I think ClickUp, it's if you want to save a little money, I think ClickUp

might be the option for you. Now, if I go into the home section of ClickUp, and both

Monday as well, I'm going to see something like this, I have my recently visited, I have

my inbox, I have my workspaces in a very huge space in here. Now in here, now I have complete

my profile, learned and get inspired. I have a quick search. And in here, I have my tools

that I can use. If I can go back into ClickUp, here I have a lineup, a trending, a workflow

I have here a calendar, which is actually wait here, I in here, I'm not pretty sure

if I saw a calendar. I think we don't. Of course, I have my tools in here. But in here

as you can see, there are limited things. I mean, I have just pages, I have dashboards

I have documents. But into Monday, I do have so much more than that. I do have a work

I have the inbox, I have the favorites, I have a work management, I even have some extensions

for the application. And of course, I have invite members, search everything, and I'm

not pretty sure what is this, your product. All right. So actually, I was kind of interested

into this feature that there are so much application that you can use into Monday

And in ClickUp, I didn't see that thing at first. But then I clicked in here, and I saw

that there's something called Click Apps. So I kind of think that it's like the same

thing to add some integrations into our workspace. But as you can see, this is like, too limited

So for example, here, how automations, clip, collaborate editing, comment reactions, custom

fields, dependency, warning, see dashboards, emails. I mean, you can just add that right

away into the free option. And you don't have to be putting here the Click Apps. Or if you

don't want to see something, just hide that inside your own workspace. So you don't have

to do something like that. So in my case, I think I'm going to stick around with the

workspace of Monday, because here into Monday, we have lots of applications, even though

I saw I kind of saw that there are lots of apps that needs to be with a payment subscription

So for example, the Beams Calendar in Monday.com, this one is a paid. So if you pay for the

pro version, you're going to have this one, where you can have like a widget, and boards

your item into your Google Calendar into your iPhone calendar or the Outlook calendar, which

in my case, I think is pretty good, because if you are working inside Monday, and you

have all your things inside your calendar inside your phone might be like, super useful

But I kind of don't like the fact that we have to pay for that. But speaking about who

has more things, cause I'll give this round to Monday, because Monday has a lot of things

Now, speaking about the main workspace, as you can see, here's my space, I have a list

I can see a board, if I want to, I can see a calendar, I can see a timeline, I can see

sort of a boxes, table, mind map, workloads, activities. I'm going to add this view to

see how it's going to be looking. I have a project dashboard, I think this is really

important. And I don't see that into ClickUp, like a dashboard that I can see, I can see

goals, but it's not like the same thing. So I'm gonna go back into Monday, we have

the Gantt option, this is like sort of a calendar and a baseline. So I think I'm going to stick

around with the way that looks a little bit more easier. Even though there are more things

into Monday, it looks like Monday can be like more accessible. And now there's something

really interesting that I want to compare into this two applications, which that would

be the templates. So if you didn't know that, what I can do is to go into my workspaces

I can add a new workspace, and I can choose a template. Now speaking about templates

I'm going to choose all templates and take a look how this looks. For example, I have

email marketing, I have creative assets, I have basic training of Monday of the main

I have contact us form, I have marketing, tip planning, I have campaign planning, I

have work calendar, I'm going to scroll down and you can see that there are so much things

so much template we can choose. And we can add it, we can add some integrations into

different apps, like Gmail, Dropbox, or Outlook, and so much more, for example, Google Drive

Now I'm going to go back into ClickUp and try to do the same thing. If I go into the

home section, I'm going to do spaces, I'm going to create a new space, and I'm going

to choose templates. And here into all my templates, I want to unselect all so I can

see all the templates that are available. So I think I can see here 400, 200, 90, 500

Here we have project management, I have content calendar, I have building web pages. So if

I kind of interested in something inside the application, I want to look for the same thing

into the other one. So for example, I want to look something related into affinity here

to email, I have email marketing and email template, I'm going to go into this ClickUp

now and see what this this has to offer to us. So as you can see, I have the simple project

management content calendar, I mean, this is like not what I was looking for. And for

me, the very interesting part is to choose project. So I don't know if it's my internet

my Wi Fi connection, but I think the search tool is not working into ClickUp. So I'm going

to do the same thing into Monday. As you can see, I can see 17 different templates of a

project. So I think I will stick around more into ClickUp. If I am working with a team

where I have like, let's say, for example, three, five people around here, so I can try

to make them like a little introduction about the application, how, how you're going to

be working here, how you can do your stuff, and how you can go into your tasks and go

into your I we've done this successfully, right, and actually do all of that. But if

you are an individual person, if you want to work by yourself, and you want so much

to always to use it by yourself, well, Monday should be like the right fit for you, depending

on what are you trying to do into the workflow. So I just told you what we can do into Monday

I just told you what we can do into ClickUp. It's totally fine, which one you guys like
