In this video, I'm going to be showing you how you can add a live chatbot for support to your Shopify store in the easiest, most simplest way possible

And this chatbot support plugin, you could say, is called Tidio. Now, Tidio is a very well-known and a very, you could say, huge chatbot

And you can actually use it pretty well. Like there are different providers for chatbots on Shopify, like Shopify inbox and all

But trust me, TDO works just as well as that, and if not better, to be honest

So to get TDO in, you're going to go into your apps and you're going to go into all recommended apps

And once you go into all recommended apps, you're going to go to Shopify App Store over here

Now once you go over to your Shopify App Store, from here, what you're going to want to do

is we're going to search up here, Tidio. Just search up Tadio, and you're going to click on Enter

and that should bring you here. So here it says TDO Live Chat and AI Chatbot

So just click on this, and here it says install. So you're just going to click on install over here

and it's going to take you to Tadio Live chat. chat and everything so let's just wait for the request to be granted and here you just

simply click on install app now once you click on install app things are going to be

pretty decent and easy to work with so just to wait for it to load in now once

everything loads in there we go so configure your live chat so you're going to add in

your names and everything and let's say I'm going to go with the John once you do

that you're going to add in the color scheme I'm going to go with a blue color scheme

It's a pretty warm and decent color. So I going to go with that choose the chat language and then click on continue And once you click on continue it says tell us more so we can personalize your experience John What is your main focus So you know it could be solve customer problems increased sales

I'm going to go with both of these. So how do you want to do that? So you can do, I want to talk to customers and I want to automate conversations

So how many support agents will use Tidio? You know, you could go with however many support agents you have

Let's say, for now I'm going to go with four. What's your industry? Obviously, online store, considering we're connected with Shopify

Then it says, how many customers did you have last month? So add the number of customers you've had last month so it can get a general idea of how things work

So first of all, it could be send them a discount code in exchange for their email address or just greet them warmly

I'm going to click on save and click on continue. Now, that basically sets up our first chatbot

Now just go ahead and set your password and all. I'm going to go ahead and add the necessary details

Once you do that, click on continue. And here we go. So you get all these steps

So just to go with the general idea of the whole styling of the store, and once you go with a general idea, things should be easier relatively to work with

So to mess with your chatbot, first of all, there's Lyro, which is an AI power chatbot, which is just an AI talking to your people

How would you like to add knowledge to Lyro? So you can add knowledge from website URLs, import your existing FAQs, or manually write down things

and Lyro basically goes through your website and starts generating different questions about it

You can obviously add more questions from your own side as well. If you want to, it's pretty easy to add questions for yourself

Let's say I'm going to click on Add Selected and here you go

So if you added all the selected questions, I'm going to just go with it. And I'm going to click on Activate and that basically activates our Lyro

So let's say Lyra is activated. You can configure its settings if you want to and install the actual Lyro widget

So to install the actual widget, you are going to first connect it to your Shopify and for that

You are going to obviously want to add your store's URL. I'm just going to go to my store, copy, I'm going to paste the URL over here, click on connect to Shopify

And wait, let me just, there we go. Connected to Shopify And once you connect it to Shopify basically from there what going to happen is you going to go to your shop of a theme editor and over there it going to ask
