Entre Nous – Michelin guide unveils stars to 68 French restaurants

On Monday, the Michelin Guide awarded 68 new stars, including a coveted third star to two French chefs, raising the total number of 3-star restaurants in France to 31. The 2025 Michelin edition, revealed in Metz, also introduced nine new 2-star establishments, one of which is located in Bordeaux.
