### Ingredients:
- 250g wide rice noodles
- 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 Thai chilies (adjust to taste), finely chopped
- 200g protein of your choice (chicken, shrimp, tofu, or beef)
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli or baby corn (optional)
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce (for color)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
