Republicans Drop The Hammer On FBI Director - Contempt Charges!!

Folks, things are looking really rough for FBI Director Christopher Wray as he could

face criminal contempt charges very, very soon. As soon as today. Before we get started, please make sure you like, comment, share and subscribe

the conservative message. We really appreciate it. Look, Kevin McCarthy is going through a lot right now with his own party talking about

removing him as Speaker of the House, possibly over the debt ceiling negotiations

And that's after a long period of debt ceiling negotiations with President Joe Biden

So he's got a lot on his agenda, but he appeared on Fox and Friends on Tuesday and he said

that Christopher Wray, the FBI director, had until the end of the day to produce documents

that allege Joe Biden took bribe money or possibly took bribe money when he was vice

president in exchange for policies. Again, just an allegation. We don't have the facts

There's no proof of this yet, but let's take a look at what McCarthy said. If we, Comer subpoenaed the document that he requested, we have jurisdiction over the

FBI, which they seem to act like we do not. I personally called Director Wray and told him he needs to send that document

Today is the deadline. So let me not just tell you, let me tell Director Christopher Wray right here, right now

If he misses the deadline today, I am prepared to move contempt charges in Congress against him

We have jurisdiction over this. He can send us that document. We have the right to look at that

Republicans and Democrats alike in that committee. And if he does not follow through with the law, we will move contempt charges against

Christopher Wray and the FBI. The bottom line here really isn't even about Joe Biden or the Biden family

It's about the fact that the House does have oversight on the FBI. The FBI cannot just unilaterally say, we're not going to hand you this document, particularly

when the document's not even classified. This is not a classified document

It's a document that makes specific allegations. Those allegations are not proven, but Congress wants to investigate

The FBI has an obligation to provide Congress with that document. The FBI is not above the law

You guys have heard that for months, for years, actually. You've heard, nobody's above the law

Nobody's above the law. Well, that includes the FBI. They are also not above the law

They have to answer and they have to answer to Congress. So for Wray to just unilaterally say, no, I'm not giving the document is unacceptable

Now they could go to court and they could do all this, but charging him with contempt

may be the quicker way to get that document that they want so they can do the proper investigation

to President Joe Biden and his family. What are they hiding? What don't they want us to see

That's the real question at this point. When we get that paper, we may know the answer
