Hey ladies and gentlemen this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and the liberal Fox News
0:05
host Jessica Tarlov who appears on The Five. She just got smacked with a big lawsuit from
0:11
Tony Bobulinski. Before we get started please make sure you like, comment, share and subscribe

Those little things really help us out and they help our channel continue to grow
0:22
This goes back to March 20th's edition of The Five where Jessica Tarlov incorrectly stated
0:28
that Tony Bobulinski's legal fees were being paid by a Trump super PAC. This was not true
0:35
and she got a letter from Bobulinski's lawyers demanding a retraction and a correction
0:42
On March 21st, the very next day, a Thursday, she issued that retraction and apology. Bobulinski's
0:48
lawyers, they didn't think that was enough. Not only did they email her back and say they want
0:53
the retraction at the top of the program because this was somewhere in the middle of the program
0:57
they want a full retraction, full apology and they wanted her to show, they wanted Fox to show
1:03
a picture of Bobulinski being sworn in at Congress. I'm not sure why the particular
1:08
picture mattered. I'd have to, you know, read through the legal documentation and possibly
1:13
ask the attorneys to find that out but I do know that it was very important to them. Well, Fox News
1:19
and Jessica Tarlov fired back and said we're not doing that. We've issued our retraction. That's it. Enough is enough. Well, Bobulinski's attorneys have just fired back following a, filing a massive
1:29
lawsuit against Tarlov and now she could be in hot water for some serious cash. I want you to watch
1:36
both segments here. The first incorrect segment where Tarlov incorrectly states that a super PAC
1:42
has paid for Bobulinski's fines and then I've spliced together that with her retraction the
1:48
next day correcting that mistake that Trump's PAC did not pay for Bobulinski's legal fees. I'm
1:55
sorry, I meant to say legal fees, not fines. Not, did not pay for his legal fees. So, let's watch
2:00
these two clips and you let me know if you think the lawsuit has merit. I think it does but again
2:06
I'm not a legal expert. Let me know what you think in the comments when you like, comment, share
2:11
and subscribe. I'm Carmine Sabia for Explain America. We love you guys. God bless you
2:16
Take care everybody. It's so simple that you cannot put together a circumstantial case where you take a piece from
2:52
here, a piece from there, the money goes there. This isn't an eyewitness. Okay, Tony Bobulinski's
3:00
lawyer's fees have been paid by a Trump super PAC. That's as recent as January. Do you think
3:07
that a guy who's invested in how much better off he wants the United States to be and really getting
3:12
to the bottom of this would be taking money from the guy who extorted the Ukrainians to get dirt
3:18
on the Bidens and we should talk about Lev Parnas. He was the Democratic witness. He extorted the
3:22
Ukrainians. No, Biden extorted the Ukrainians and said I'm not giving you a billion dollars
3:28
of taxpayers money. Let's get straight on this. Lineups. Probably. Okay, good idea. I would like
3:35
to clarify a comment I made yesterday during our discussion of Tony Bobulinski's appearance at the
3:39
congressional hearing during an exchange with my colleagues about the hearing. I said that Mr
3:43
Bobulinski's lawyer's fees have been paid by a Trump super PAC as recently as January. What was
3:48
actually said during the hearing was that the law firm representing Mr. Bobulinski was paid by a
3:52
Trump PAC. I have seen no indication those payments were made in connection with Mr. Bobulinski's
3:56
legal fees and he denies that they were coming up next. A member of the squad
